背景技术
目前现有的配料装置多用于液体配料，而固体配料设备没有具体的标准，且配料不精确，导致生产出的产品质量不符合标准。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：针对现有固体物料配料不精确的问题，利用本实用新型实现物料的定量添加，效果良好。
本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种新型定量物料添加装置，其特征在于：有配料箱，配料箱下端连接出料口，出料口上设置电动阀门。皮带机放置在出料口的下方，皮带机上设置感应式皮带秤。感应式皮带秤与PLC控制柜连接，电动阀门与控制柜连接。      
 本实用新型优点：
本实用新型可以实现定量添加物料，自动控制调节阀门，使配料更精确，效果良好。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种新型定量物料添加装置，有配料箱，配料箱下端连接出料口，出料口上设置电动阀门。皮带机放置在出料口的下方，皮带机上设置感应式皮带秤。感应式皮带秤与PLC控制柜连接，电动阀门与控制柜连接。 
    物料在配料箱中，由出料口落在皮带机上，经感应式皮带秤称量，将信号传输至PLC控制柜，再由控制柜远程控制电动阀门，调节出料口，实现定量配料。

1.一种新型定量物料添加装置，其特征在于：有配料箱，配料箱下端连接出料口，出料口上设置电动阀门，皮带机放置在出料口的下方，皮带机上设置感应式皮带秤，感应式皮带秤与PLC控制柜连接，电动阀门与控制柜连接。
