技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种硬质合金加工刀具,属于硬质合金加工刀具的表面覆膜领域,具体地说是一种硬材加工用硬质合金复合被膜刀具。
背景技术
覆膜刀具是在强度和韧性较好的硬质合金基体表面上,利用气相沉积方法涂覆一薄层耐磨性好的难熔金属或非金属化合物而获得的。被膜作为一个化学屏障和热屏障,覆膜刀具的构成减少了刀具与工件间的扩散和化学反应,从而减少了刀具的磨损。覆膜刀具具有表面硬度高、耐磨性好、化学性能稳定、耐热耐氧化、摩擦因数小和热导率低等特性。现有覆膜刀具一般是在刀具基体上涂覆一层TiCN涂层后再涂覆一层Al2O3涂层,能够对应切削的材料有限,很多材料都无法切削,且耐冲击和耐磨损性能较差,而在涂层膜破损后,破损会很快传递到刀具基体上,造成刀具基体的损坏。加工材料淬火以后再加工时,由于材料变硬变得难以加工,工具的寿命会大幅降低,
发明内容
本实用新型的目的为克服现有技术的不足,提供一种硬材加工用硬质合金复合被膜刀具,大大提高了耐磨损和耐热两方面的能力。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型设计了一种硬材加工用硬质合金复合被膜刀具,包括刀具基体,其特征在于:所述刀具基体上设有超耐热性外层被膜和超耐磨耗性内层被膜,所述超耐热性外层被膜采用AlCrSiCN被膜,所述超耐磨耗性内层被膜采用TiAlCrN被膜。
作为进一步的改进,所述超耐磨耗性内层被膜的厚度为超耐热性外层被膜的2~2.5倍。
本实用新型同现有技术相比,能够针对硬材加工,使用寿命长,提高了切削速度和加工精度,耐磨损和耐热性强,热传导性优异,能有效防止硬质合金刀具基体因高热而产生物理变性。

如图1所示,本实用新型包括刀具基体1,刀具基体1上设有超耐热性外层被膜2和超耐磨耗性内层被膜3,超耐热性外层被膜2采用AlCrSiCN被膜,超耐磨耗性内层被膜3采用TiAlCrN被膜,其中,超耐磨耗性内层被膜3的厚度为超耐热性外层被膜2的2~2.5倍。
本实用新型主要针对于类似HRC55以上的淬火钢这类硬材,比如碳素钢、预硬钢、合金钢、工具钢,耐磨损和耐热性能强,能实现被膜硬度3500HV以上、酸化开始温度1300度以上,使用寿命长,切削速度和加工精度得到了提供,耐磨损和耐热性强,热传导性优异,能有效防止硬质合金刀具基体因高热而产生物理变性。

1.一种硬材加工用硬质合金复合被膜刀具,包括刀具基体,其特征在于:所述刀具基体上设有超耐热性外层被膜和超耐磨耗性内层被膜,所述超耐热性外层被膜采用AlCrSiCN被膜,所述超耐磨耗性内层被膜采用TiAlCrN被膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硬材加工用硬质合金复合被膜刀具,其特征在于:所述超耐磨耗性内层被膜的厚度为超耐热性外层被膜的2~2.5倍。
