本实用新型属于切削刀具技术领域，特别涉及一种金刚石铰刀。
背景技术
在有色金属及塑料材质，特别是粘度特性较大材料的加工时，由于材料的粘度特性较大和铰刀结构设计缺陷，使得工件加工面难以达到设计要求，导致工件达不到设计功能。为了使工件达到性能要求，往往还要对工件的表面进行再处理，加工周期长，生产效率低，工人劳动强度大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种结构简单、加工时间短和生产效率高的金刚石铰刀。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种金刚石铰刀，包括刀柄和刀柄前端连接的刀体，所述刀体中后部设有螺旋状的刀刃基体，刀刃基体上设有金刚石颗粒；刀体前部设有自刀刃基体前端向前延伸的排屑槽。
所述刀体前端设有锥形台。 
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点是：
1、本实用新型包括刀柄和刀柄前端连接的刀体，所述刀体中后部设有螺旋状的刀刃基体，刀刃基体上设有金刚石颗粒；刀体前部设有自刀刃基体前端向前延伸的排屑槽，其结构简单，可充分利用金刚石颗粒硬度较高的优势，对工件孔实现表面挤压切削，从而达到加工要求，可有效提高被加工孔的加工精度和光洁度。
2、在刀体的前端设有锥形台，便于铰刀进入内孔。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的金刚石铰刀，其包括刀柄1和刀柄1前端连接的刀体2，在刀体2的中后部设有螺旋状的刀刃基体3，刀刃基体3为合金钢，在刀刃基体3上镶嵌有金刚石颗粒4，刀刃基体3与金刚石颗粒4构成刀刃。在刀体2的前部设有自刀刃基体3前端向前延伸的排屑槽5，排屑槽5为螺旋状，排屑槽5既有一定的导向作用，又便于排屑，有利于提高被加工孔的精度，尤其在精度要求高的内孔加工过程中。在刀体2的前端设有锥形台6，便于铰刀进入内孔。
在本实用新型中，刀体2的前半部有一定的锥度，可以逐步渐进的切削多余材料，刀体2的后半部为圆柱体，可以使刀刃充分挤压材料，达到光洁度要求。
