本实用新型所述的具有锁紧功能的催化剂成型模具，包括相互扣合的上、下模体，所述上、下模体一端侧壁相互铰接，另一端侧壁设有锁紧装置；上、下模体的模腔内分别沿纵向对应均布有多条截面为等腰梯形的纵筋；所述锁紧装置包括设置在上模体侧壁上对称开有两个通槽的梯形板、设置在下模体侧壁上的两个连接座，所述连接座上铰接有与所述梯形板配合使用的卡板。
本实用新型优点在于通过在上模体侧壁上对称开有两个通槽的梯形板和设置在下模体侧壁上的卡板对模具进行加固锁紧，结构稳定、定位准确，提高了生产效率和产品质量。

如图1、2、3所示，本实用新型所述的具有锁紧功能的催化剂成型模具，包括相互扣合在一起的上模体1和下模体2，所述上模体1和下模体2一端侧壁相互铰接，另一端侧壁设有锁紧装置；上模体1和下模体2的模腔内分别沿纵向对应均布有多条截面为等腰梯形的纵筋3；所述锁紧装置包括设置在上模体1侧壁上对称开有两个通槽的梯形板4、设置在下模体侧壁上的两个连接座5，所述连接座5上铰接有与开设在所述梯形板4上通槽相插接的活动卡板6。

1.一种具有锁紧功能的催化剂成型模具，包括相互扣合在一起的上、下模体(1、2)，所述上、下模体（1、2）一端侧壁相互铰接，另一端侧壁设有锁紧装置；上、下模体（1、2）的模腔内分别沿纵向对应均布有多条截面为等腰梯形的纵筋（3）；其特征在于：所述锁紧装置包括设置在上模体（1）侧壁上对称开有两个通槽的梯形板（4）、设置在下模体侧壁上的两个连接座（5）；所述连接座（5）上铰接有与所述梯形板(4)配合使用的卡板（6）。
