夹层玻璃烤箱在夹层玻璃生产工艺中,用于使胶片熔化,将两层或多层玻璃胶合在一起。目前的夹层玻璃烤箱内的电热装置结构较为复杂,体积较大,一般采用石英管作为电热转换元件,成本高,升温慢,加热效率低,寿命短,且对工作环境要求较高,不易进行维护。

为克服上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种结构简单,体积小巧,成本低廉,电热效率高,使用寿命长的用于夹层玻璃烤箱的加热装置。
为实现上述技术目的,本实用新型是采用以下技术方案实现的:一种用于夹层玻璃烤箱的加热装置,包括支架,支架的四周密闭,上下端为进风口和出风口,其特征在于:若干高铝瓷管呈阵列分布,两端固定于支架上,高铝陶瓷管外缠绕铁铬铝加热丝,支架一端设有电源装置,铁铬铝加热丝与电源装置连接。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果:采用离心风机把空气由进风口吹入本加热装置,经加热产生的热风经风道传送至炉内各处,使整个烤箱内均匀升温。本实用新型结构简单,维修方便,体积小巧,加热效率高,加热均匀,使用寿命长,较以往的石英管加热装置更加可靠。

具体实施方式
参看附图1、2所示,支架1的四周通过箱板7密闭,形成一个长方体状的箱体,上端为进风口4,下端为出风口6,支架1上固定有若干呈阵列分布的高铝瓷管2,其分布形式以均匀加热为目的,高铝陶瓷管2外缠绕铁铬铝加热丝3,铁铬铝加热丝3与固定于支架1一端的电源装置5连接。电源装置5为铁铬铝加热丝3供电,使其升温,离心风机把空气由进风口4吹入本加热装置后,空气经加热后由出风口6排至炉内。
