夹层玻璃烤箱在夹层玻璃生产工艺中，用于使胶片熔化，将两层或多层玻璃胶合在一起。目前的夹层玻璃烤箱内的电热装置结构较为复杂，体积较大，一般采用石英管作为电热转换元件，成本高，升温慢，加热效率低，寿命短，且对工作环境要求较高，不易进行维护。

为克服上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种结构简单，体积小巧，成本低廉，电热效率高，使用寿命长的用于夹层玻璃烤箱的加热装置。
为实现上述技术目的，本实用新型是采用以下技术方案实现的：一种用于夹层玻璃烤箱的加热装置，包括支架，支架的四周密闭，上下端为进风口和出风口，其特征在于：若干高铝瓷管呈阵列分布，两端固定于支架上，高铝陶瓷管外缠绕铁铬铝加热丝，支架一端设有电源装置，铁铬铝加热丝与电源装置连接。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：采用离心风机把空气由进风口吹入本加热装置，经加热产生的热风经风道传送至炉内各处，使整个烤箱内均匀升温。本实用新型结构简单，维修方便，体积小巧，加热效率高，加热均匀，使用寿命长，较以往的石英管加热装置更加可靠。

具体实施方式
参看附图1、2所示，支架1的四周通过箱板7密闭，形成一个长方体状的箱体，上端为进风口4，下端为出风口6，支架1上固定有若干呈阵列分布的高铝瓷管2，其分布形式以均匀加热为目的，高铝陶瓷管2外缠绕铁铬铝加热丝3，铁铬铝加热丝3与固定于支架1一端的电源装置5连接。电源装置5为铁铬铝加热丝3供电，使其升温，离心风机把空气由进风口4吹入本加热装置后，空气经加热后由出风口6排至炉内。
