一种利用烟囱高温制热的热风箱,它由箱体、风道、冷风输送管和热风输送管组成,箱体为圆锥形,中间有可套在烟囱外的套孔,风道呈螺旋状分布在箱体内,冷风输送管两头分别连接箱体上的冷风进口和鼓风机,热风输送管两头分别连接箱体上的热风出口(6)和供热点,箱体套在烟囱外,鼓风机将冷风输送进风道并由烟囱传导过来的高温传热成热风,然后通过热风输送管到达供热点。安全节能,结构简单,操作方便。

目前,公知的热风装置大都是靠电来制热,这类热风装置灵敏度高,操作方便,其不足之处是必须靠电来制热,不够节能。
发明内容
为了克服现有的热风装置必须用电制热的不足,本实用新型提供一种利用烟囱高温制热的热风箱,本实用新型制热不需用电,而且结构简单,操作方便,安全节能。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,一种利用烟囱高温制热的热风箱由箱体、风道、冷风输送管和热风输送管组成,箱体为圆锥形,正中间有可套在烟囱外的套孔,在套孔侧边的上下两头分别有冷风进口和热风出口,风道呈螺旋状分布在箱体内,其两头连接冷风进口和热风出口,冷风输送管两头分别连接冷风进口和鼓风机,热风输送管两头分别连接热风出口和供热点,箱体通过套孔套在烟囱外。供热时,启动鼓风机,鼓风机即将冷风从冷风输送管通过箱体上的冷风进口进入风道并被从烟囱传导过来的高温传热变成热风,再从热风出口进入热风输送管到达供热点。
本实用新型的有益效果是,安全节能,结构简单,操作方便。
