本实用新型涉及一种新型太阳能空气加热器,它包括保温管、管道、太阳能聚热管、支架和风机,保温管固定在支架上,太阳能聚热管管头固定于支架上,管尾固定在保温管边侧内,管道固定于保温管内部,管道上口封闭,下口与保温管气口一重叠,管道支管置入太阳能聚热管管尾内部,风机通过通风管与气口一固定。本实用新型主要应用于工厂或民居,具有提供热能来源、进行热能交换、热能利用率高、制热效果显著的优点。

本实用新型涉及一种空气加热器,具体说就是一种新型太阳能空气加热器。 
背景技术
目前,太阳能空气加热器没有内循环,最为明显的就是没有伸进太阳能集热管里面的管道,这样就导致太阳能集热管里面的空气热能不能及时与保温通道中的空气进行热交换,热能利用率差,商品制热效果不显著。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型太阳能空气加热器。 
本实用新型要解决的是现有太阳能集热管中空气热能不能及时与保温通道中的空气进行热交换、热能利用率差的问题。 
本实用新型的实施方案是:一种新型太阳能空气加热器,它包括保温管、管道、太阳能聚热管、支架和风机,保温管固定在支架上,太阳能聚热管管头固定于支架上,管尾固定在保温管边侧内,管道固定于保温管内部,管道上口封闭,下口与保温管气口一重叠,管道支管置入太阳能聚热管管尾内部,风机通过通风管与气口一固定。 
上述保温管设有气口一和气口二。 
上述管道采用玻璃管或铜管,至少有一个管道支管。 
上述风机采用吹风机或吸风机。 
本实用新型主要应用于工厂或民居,具有提供热能来源、进行热能交换、热能利用率高、制热效果显著的优点。

为了更好地理解本实用新型,下面通过实施例来进一步阐述。 
如图所示,一种新型太阳能空气加热器,它包括保温管1、管道8、太阳能聚热管3、支架2和风机5,保温管1固定在支架2上,太阳能聚热管3管头固定于支架2上,管尾固定在保温管1边侧内,管道8固定于保温管1内部,管道8上口封闭,下口与保温管1气口一7重叠,管道支管4置入太阳能聚热管3管尾内部,风机5通过通风管6与气口一7固定。 
当风机5采用吹风机时,开启吹风,空气通过通风管6、气口一7进入管道8,管道8内空气通过管道支管4流入太阳能聚热管3管尾,太阳能聚热管3通过吸收太阳能将空气加热,由气口二9排出进入房间。 
当风机5采用吸风机时,开启吸风,空气通过气口二9进入太阳能聚热管3,太阳能聚热管3通过吸收太阳能将空气加热,通过管道支管4流入管道8内,再通过气口一7、通风管6由风机5排出进入房间。

1.一种新型太阳能空气加热器,它包括保温管(1)、管道(8)、太阳能聚热管(3)、支架(2)和风机(5),其特征是:所述保温管(1)固定在支架(2)上,太阳能聚热管(3)管头固定于支架(2)上,管尾固定在保温管(1)边侧内;管道(8)固定于保温管(1)内部,管道(8)上口封闭,下口与保温管(1)气口一(7)重叠,管道支管(4)置入太阳能聚热管(3)管尾内部,风机(5)通过通风管(6)与气口一(7)固定。

3.如权利要求1所述的一种新型太阳能空气加热器,其特征是:所述管道(8)为玻璃管。
