半轴凸缘是汽车的重要零部件，主要是作为汽车传动系统的连接件。目前的半轴凸缘的结构包括一个圆盘体，在圆盘体的正面直接设置了轴，在圆盘体的背面是设置了可以焊接用的圆台。此类的半轴凸缘在使用的时候，由于轴和圆盘体之间没有间隔，使得圆盘体会受到磨损，从而造成伤害。

本实用新型的目的在于解决以上所述的技术问题，提供一种半轴凸缘，其技术方案如下：
一种半轴凸缘，包括本体，其特征在于，所述本体的边缘处开设有固定孔，所述本体的正面设有阶梯式凸起结构，所述阶梯式凸起结构分为下圆盘和轴，所述本体的背面设有凹槽，所述凹槽内设有凸起的圆台。
本实用新型提供的半轴凸缘，在使用的时候，轴与汽车的传动件相连，而本体背面的圆台则是与汽车的其它零部件相焊接。圆台在焊接时采用电阻焊接，使得焊接更加的平滑而且牢固。
本实用新型的阶梯式凸起结构和凹槽，可以很好的防止了本体与汽车其它零部件的直接接触，防止受到其它零部件的磨损。
本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，能够很好的保护半轴凸缘，使得半轴凸缘不受到其它零部件的直接磨损，延长其使用时间。
