背景技术
目前,国内在铝合金低压铸造领域所使用的低压铸造用升液管多为铸铁材质与陶瓷材质两大类,铸铁材质因其导热快控温容易,在低压铸造中使用的较为普遍,但使用铸铁升液管,在低压铸造的浇铸后期,铝液表面较低,热量散失较大,为了提高升液管口的温度,设计了一种电加热的保温套,以期提高升液管口的温度,减少铝液的温度下降。

本实用新型的目的就是为克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷和不足,而提供一种结构简单、操作方便的低压铸造升液管保温套。该种升液管保温套,可有效提高升液管口温度,减少炉内铝液热量散失,可有效地控制升液管口的温度,对低压铸造铸件实现顺序凝固,加强补缩,获得内部致密的铸件,起到有效的保证。
采用的技术方案是:
