背景技术
目前饲养禽类动物通常要用料塔存放饲料，颗粒饲料从料塔的出料口流出的时候，饲料之间相互摩擦产生许多细料粉末，由于禽类只能食用颗粒状饲料，这些粉末状的饲料不能够被禽类动物食用，与颗粒饲料掺杂在一起喂食时就会造成浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种料塔底部饲料筛分装置，它可以将颗粒饲料中的粉末状饲料筛分出来。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种料塔底部饲料筛分装置，包括机架，所述机架上设有位于料塔的出料口下方的料筛，所述料筛倾斜放置，所述料筛下方设有收集细料的料斗，所述料斗下方设有细料出料口，所述料筛的下游设有粗料出料口。
由于采用了上述技术方案，在料塔的出料口下方设有料筛，饲料从料塔落到料筛上后经过料筛的筛选，粉末状的饲料从细料出料口流出，颗粒状的饲料从粗料出料口流出，从而使粉末状的饲料分离出来，用于喂食禽类的只是颗粒饲料，防止造成浪费，提高饲料的利用率。

如图1所示，一种料塔底部饲料筛分装置，包括机架6，所述机架6上设有位于料塔1的出料口下方的料筛2，所述料筛2倾斜放置，所述料筛2下方设有收集细料的料斗3，所述料斗3下方设有细料出料口4，所述料筛2的下游设有粗料出料口5。
料塔1出料时，饲料落到料筛2上，料筛2倾斜防止，饲料能够利用重力自己在料筛2上流动，饲料在料筛2上流动使粉末状饲料落入下方料斗3上，最终从细料出料口4流出，流出的细料可以再加工为颗粒状饲料，留在料筛2上的大颗粒饲料由粗料出料口5流出，用于喂食禽类，从而防止饲料造成浪费，提高饲料的利用率。
