本实用新型涉及一种SMD5032-48MHz型晶体谐振器用晶片。
背景技术
SMD晶体谐振器的主体是其中的石英晶片,为了增加抗振性和防止氧化,将晶片置于基座内密封。未加工的晶片由于其导电性能差,在晶体谐振器制造中都要在晶片部分表面镀上一层银,作为晶片的电极,使晶体在电场的作用下形成逆压电效应。
对谐振器生产厂家来说,选择合适的晶片后要搭配相应的电极,才能保证产品的电性能(电阻、频率温度特性、寄生)正常。一般镀膜面积越大,电阻越小,但对于高频产品,电极面积大容易造成寄生不良。因此,高频晶体制作难度较高,关键在于镀膜电极的设计。
目前常用的SMD5032-48MHz产品,其晶片镀膜电极的长度为2.15~2.25mm,宽度为1.15~1.25mm,寄生振荡较大,晶体谐振器上机后,可能导致频率跳变而引起整机工作状态不良的后果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种SMD5032-48MHz型晶体谐振器用晶片,改善了高频晶体谐振器寄生不良。
本实用新型是这样实现的:晶片表面设有镀膜电极,所述镀膜电极的长度为1.45~1.55mm,宽度为0.75~0.85 mm。
如前所述,晶体电性能主要决定于晶片本身和镀膜电极的尺寸两个方面,虽然减小镀膜电极尺寸,可以降低产品的寄生振荡,但镀膜电极过小,会引起电阻值的严重增加。同时,随意改变镀膜电极面积,会导致温度特性严重不良。本发明人通过实验发现,电极在上述尺寸时,SMD5032-48MHz型晶体谐振器的寄生振荡(即主振频率附近的干扰振荡)能从前期的-10dB降低到-20dB。随着寄生振荡的有效被抑制,完全符合客户要求。本实用新型晶体谐振器温度特性也能满足要求。
