本实用新型公开了一种高功率铅酸蓄电池板栅结构,所述板栅的极耳中置或偏置,极耳下方设置一条中央大筋,所述中央大筋直接连接极耳与底部边框;所述中央大筋与侧面边框或四周边框之间由较粗的主筋连接;所述边框、主筋、中央大筋之间由网状小筋条连接。通过中央大筋将极耳处的电流均衡的分配给各主筋条,主筋条再将电流分配给各小筋条,从而达到平均分配电流的目的。使电池活性物质利用更加充分,大电流放电能力更强,因此可以快速充放电,从来提高电池比功率,延长电池寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种混合动力用铅酸电池结构,特别是涉及一种铅酸蓄电池板栅的新型结构。
背景技术
铅酸蓄电池是一种应用十分广泛的二次电池,特别是最近若干年,铅酸电池在储能、电动车、牵引车、通信、照明等领域获得较快发展。混合动力车是一种环保节能的车辆,铅酸蓄电池在混合动力车的应用研究在国内才刚刚开始,混合动力汽车要求蓄电池具有高倍率放电能力,以及较高的储存能量,可快速充放电,循环寿命长等特点,而传统的铅酸电池比较笨重,放电功率以及循环寿命也不能满足混合动力车的要求。
板栅是活性物质的导电体和承载体,在蓄电池中作为核心部分对电池放电起重要作用,公知的板栅结构参见图1。
发明内容
为了解决上述弊端,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种铅酸蓄电池板栅结构,能够使电池在充放电过程电流分布更加均匀,可快速充放电,改善电池大功率充放电能力,提高板栅的耐腐蚀性能,并提高蓄电池使用寿命。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是,一种高功率铅酸蓄电池板栅结构,其特征在于,所述板栅的极耳中置或偏置,极耳下方设置一条中央大筋,所述中央大筋直接连接极耳与底部边框;所述中央大筋与侧面边框或四周边框之间由较粗的主筋连接;所述边框、主筋、中央大筋之间由网状小筋条连接。
优选地,所述中央大筋和/或主筋的形状设置为锥形或方形。
优选地,所述网状小筋条形成的网格形状是菱形、三角形、矩形、梯形、六角形中的一种。
优选地,所述主筋与侧面边框设置成斜向相交连接,相交角度为20°~85°。
采用上述技术方案,通过中央大筋将极耳处的电流均衡的分配给各主筋条,主筋条再将电流分配给各小筋条,从而达到平均分配电流的目的。本实用新型的有益效果在于:使电池活性物质利用更加充分,大电流放电能力更强,因此可以快速充放电,从来提高电池比功率,延长电池寿命。

实施例1:参见图2,反映本实用新型的一种具体结构,极耳1设计成偏置的,中央大筋2直接连接极耳1与底部边框6,中央大筋2的作用在于将极耳部位的电流均匀的传到底部,中央大筋2可以设计成锥形或方形,方向可以设计成垂直与底部边框6,或者斜向交叉于底部边框;主筋3连接中央大筋2与侧面边框5,主筋3与侧面边框5设计成斜向相交连接,相交角度为20°~85°,主筋3可以设计成方形或锥形;在中央大筋2,主筋3,边框5组成的闭合区间内,设计交叉连接的横向小筋条4与纵向小筋条41,横向小筋条4与纵向小筋条41组成的网格可以是菱形、三角形、矩形、梯形、六角形等;主筋3的主要作用是将中央大筋2的电流传导给小筋条,进一步平衡电流密度。
实施例2:参见图3,反映本实用新型的另一种具体结构,极耳11设计成中置的,中央大筋12直接连接极耳11与底部边框16,中央大筋12的作用在于将极耳部位的电流均匀的传到底部,中央大筋12可以设计成锥形或方形,方向可以设计成垂直与底部边框16,或者斜向交叉于底部边框;主筋13连接中央大筋与侧面边框15,主筋13与侧面边框15设计成斜向相交连接,相交的角度为20°~85°,主筋可以设计成方形或锥形;在中央大筋12、主筋13、边框15组成的闭合区间内,设计交叉连接的纵向小筋条14与横向小筋条144,两者组成的网格可以是菱形、三角形、矩形、梯形,六角形等;主筋13的主要作用是将中央大筋12的电流传导给小筋条,进一步平衡电流密度。与例1相比,例2的电流密度更加均匀,大电流汇流能力更强。
在其他条件相同的基础上对比实施例1、实施例2的板栅与公知电池板栅的放电能力,在同样的温度环境下使用高倍率2C放电,三者的放电曲线如图4所示,由三种不同的曲线比较可见,采用本实用新型的板栅结构,在同样的放电制度下,放出的电量更多,且工作电压平台更高,在使用尺寸型号的相同的极板组装电池放电时,本实用新型组装的电池容量可以提高15%~20%,设计优越性显而易见。
本实用新型描述的上述实施方式仅是为了清楚地说明本实用新型的技术方案,而不能理解为对本实用新型做出任何的限制。本实用新型具有公知的多种替代方式和变形,在不脱离本实用新型实质意义的前提下,均落入本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种高功率铅酸蓄电池板栅结构,其特征在于,所述板栅的极耳中置或偏置,极耳下方设置一条中央大筋,所述中央大筋直接连接极耳与底部边框;所述中央大筋与侧面边框或四周边框之间由较粗的主筋连接;所述边框、主筋、中央大筋之间由网状小筋条连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高功率铅酸蓄电池板栅结构,其特征在于,所述中央大筋和/或主筋的形状设置为锥形或方形。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种高功率铅酸蓄电池板栅结构,其特征在于,所述网状小筋条形成的网格形状是菱形、三角形、矩形、梯形、六角形中的一种。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种高功率铅酸蓄电池板栅结构,其特征在于,所述主筋与侧面边框设置成斜向相交连接,相交角度为20°~85°。
