Abstract
提供了一种用于隐框玻璃幕墙的与安全膜配合使用的连接件,所述连接件包括连接桥板、胶粘层和离型纸,其中所述胶粘层设置在所述连接桥板的一个表面上,且由分隔的两个部分构成,且所述离型纸覆盖所述胶粘层的所述两个部分的表面。使用该连接件,贴了安全膜的外片玻璃在自爆后不会整片坠落,同时隐框玻璃幕墙的外观受到的影响也最小。

技术领域
本实用新型属于建筑安全技术,具体涉及一种用于隐框玻璃幕墙的与安全膜配合使用的连接件。
背景技术
玻璃幕墙在现代建筑中获得广泛使用,其中的玻璃基本是中空钢化玻璃。钢化玻璃存在千分之三的自爆率,这是玻璃行业长久以来不能避免的问题。因此,城市当中大量的玻璃幕墙建筑就成为悬在人们头上的“定时炸弹”。当玻璃自爆时,碎片坠落,就可能造成重大的事故。
新建建筑使用夹层玻璃作为中空玻璃的外片玻璃是一种解决方案,但这会带来成本增加、重量增加、型材尺寸增加等问题。
既有建筑需要避免玻璃自爆带来的风险,方法就不是很多。在为数不多的方法中,在玻璃上粘贴安全膜具有施工方便、维护简单,同时又不影响建筑外观等特点,已逐步推广应用。
然而,在使用安全膜时,如何防止贴有安全膜的玻璃在破碎后整片坠落,是用户常常关心的问题。目前使用一些将安全膜与窗框连接的连接件,收到了比较好的效果。但这些连接件均用于明框形式,且基本用于室内环境。对于使用中空玻璃的隐框幕墙,如何防止贴了安全膜的外片玻璃在自爆后不会整片坠落,一直没有解决方案。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述现有技术的问题,本实用新型提供了一种与安全膜配使用的连接件,其适用于室外环境。使用该连接件,贴了安全膜的外片玻璃在自爆后不会整片坠落,同时隐框玻璃幕墙的外观受到的影响也最小。
根据本实用新型,提供了一种用于隐框玻璃幕墙的与安全膜配合使用的连接件,所述连接件包括连接桥板、胶粘层和离型纸,其中所述胶粘层设置在所述连接桥板的一个表面上并且由分隔的两个部分构成,并且所述离型纸覆盖所述胶粘层的所述两个部分的表面。
根据本实用新型的连接件的一个优选实施方案,所述连接桥板在与设置所述胶粘层的表面相反的表面上设置有两个或更多的加强筋。
根据本实用新型的连接件的另一个优选实施方案,所述连接桥板是直条状的。
根据本实用新型的连接件的又一个优选实施方案,所述铝合金条在所述胶粘层的两个部分之间的位置处以90°的角度朝胶粘层侧弯折。
根据本实用新型的连接件的再一个优选实施方案,所述铝合金条在所述胶粘层的两个部分之间的位置处以90°的角度朝胶粘层侧的相反侧弯折。
根据本实用新型,当玻璃自爆破碎时,该连接件可保证承受玻璃自重而不会整片坠落,并且在承受3.5kPa的风压时不会被风吹落,从而保证了外片玻璃贴膜后的安全性,并且对隐框幕墙外观的影响最小。

具体实施方式
根据本实用新型,提供了一种用于隐框玻璃幕墙的与安全膜配合使用的连接件,所述连接件包括连接桥板、胶粘层和离型纸,其中所述胶粘层设置在所述连接桥板的一个表面上并且由分隔的两个部分构成,并且所述离型纸覆盖所述胶粘层的所述两个部分的表面。
参考图1描述根据本实用新型的连接件的一个实施方案。如图1所示,根据本实用新型的连接件包括连接桥板1,胶粘层2和离型纸3,其中所述胶粘层2设置在所述连接桥板1的一个表面上并且由分隔的两个部分2-1和2-2构成,并且所述离型纸3覆盖所述胶粘层2的所述两个部分的表面。所述连接桥板1为直条状。该连接桥板的表面可根据设计师的需要处理成相应的颜色和材质。该连接桥板的形状也可根据实际建筑物的需要定制。该连接桥板的材质可以为不锈钢、硬质橡胶、或铝合金等具有结构强度、耐受室外气候的材料。铝合金为连接桥板的首选材质,其在玻璃幕墙建筑结构中普遍使用,加工简单,使用灵活,使用寿命长。
对于胶粘层2,可使用3M的VHB胶带或其他同类材料,将其粘贴在铝合金型材表面。实际使用时,胶的另一面与安全膜粘贴。
3是与胶粘层2配套的离型纸,在施工时剥除,粘贴在安全膜的表面。
现在参考图2描述根据本实用新型的连接件的另一个实施方案。如图2所示,根据本实用新型的连接件包括连接桥板1,胶粘层2和离型纸3,其中所述胶粘层2设置在所述连接桥板1的一个表面上并且由分隔的两个部分2-1和2-2构成,并且所述离型纸3覆盖所述胶粘层2的所述两个部分的表面。所述连接桥板1为直条状,并且在与设置所述胶粘层的表面相反的表面上设置有两个加强筋4-1。加强筋4的条数可以为两个,也可以为更多个,其材质与连接桥板的材质相同,构成一个整体。这些加强筋4的尺寸和位置可根据工程的需要定制。
图3为本实用新型的连接件的又一个实施方案(即,应用于玻璃幕墙阴角时的连接件)的示意图。如图3所示,根据本实用新型的连接件包括连接桥板1,胶粘层2和离型纸3,其中所述胶粘层2设置在所述连接桥板1的一个表面上并且由分隔的两个部分2-1和2-2构成,并且所述离型纸3覆盖所述胶粘层2的所述两个部分的表面。所述连接桥板1在所述胶粘层的两个部分之间的位置处以90°的角度朝胶粘层侧弯折,并且在与设置所述胶粘层的表面相反的表面上设置有两个加强筋4-1。
图4为本实用新型的连接件的又一个实施方案(即,应用于玻璃幕墙阳角时的连接件)的示意图。如图4所示,根据本实用新型的连接件包括连接桥板1,胶粘层2和离型纸3,其中所述胶粘层2设置在所述连接桥板1的一个表面上并且由分隔的两个部分2-1和2-2构成,并且所述离型纸3覆盖所述胶粘层2的所述两个部分的表面。所述连接桥板1在所述胶粘层的两个部分之间的位置处以90°的角度朝胶粘层侧的相反侧弯折,并且在与设置所述胶粘层的表面相反的表面上设置有两个加强筋4-1。
可以通过如下制造本实用新型的连接件:首先根据普通方法加工连接桥板,加工完成后,使用干净抹布擦净连接桥板表面的灰尘、油污等,在一侧黏贴3M的VHB胶带,并在黏贴完成后的3M的VHB胶带表面保留离型纸,在另一侧贴好保护胶带。此时连接件完工。最后,用薄纸板包裹连接件,用保护胶带绑紧成捆,每捆不大于50kg。例如,连接桥板的材质为铝合金时,其制造方法如下:选用建筑幕墙用铝合金型材,该型材表面氧化膜必须完好无损伤。该型材如有扭曲变形,需先校正,再下料。截料长度误差不大于1mm,端头角度误差不大于10’。截料端头不应有明显加工变形。该连接桥板的加强筋可用铣床加工。加工完成连接桥板的形状后,可按设计师需要对该连接桥板进行表面处理。
图5为显示将本实用新型的一种连接件安装到外墙上的示意图,其中1为连接桥板,2为胶粘层,5为安全膜,6为幕墙玻璃,7为玻璃幕墙结构件。安装时,先将贴有安全膜的幕墙玻璃板片表面清洗干净,待表面干燥后,将胶粘层的离型纸剥离,然后将2-1和2-2部分分别与两片相邻的贴有安全膜玻璃幕墙板片粘结即可。当粘胶层强度完全发挥,即可防止玻璃破碎时整片坠落的风险,并可承受3.5kPa的风压。当一片玻璃破碎时,碎片粘附在安全膜上,安全膜通过连接件与相邻的玻璃及贴膜连接,从而避免破碎的玻璃连同安全膜整片坠落。
下面对连接件进行受力验算:
静载验算:
根据公式,每米长铝条重量=0.003m(厚度)×1m(长度)×0.06m(宽度)×2.9g/cm3(铝的密度),得每米长铝条的重量为0.522kg,则承受每米长铝条重量需要的粘结面积为0.522kg×55cm2/kg=28.71cm2;
实际粘结面积=2cm(3M的VHB胶带的宽度)×1m(3M的VHB胶带的长度)×2(每根铝条上有两条胶带)=400cm2
因此,实际粘结面积远大于承受静载所需的粘结面积。这说明该连接件结构符合静载安全要求。
风荷载验算:
风荷载为动载。3M的VHB胶带的动载承载能力为83kPa。
当玻璃板片的长为a,宽为b时,则每片板片上承受的风荷载最大值为83×a×b。
板片破碎后,碎片通过安全膜黏贴成为整体,风荷载由板片周边的连接件承受,单位长度的连接件承受的外力简化为83×a×b/(2a+2b)。
举例:
当风荷载为3500Pa,玻璃尺寸为3m×1.2m时,则每片玻璃承受的风压为3500Pa×3m×1.2m=12600N。当玻璃破碎后,此部分荷载由玻璃的四边承受,因此每米长的荷载为12600/(3m+3m+1.2m+1.2m)=1500N。
由胶带提供的粘结力在每米长度上为:83kPa×1m(长度)×2cm(3M的VHB宽度)=1660N。
因此,胶带提供给的粘结力大于风压产生的荷载。从而,该连接件结构满足风压安全要求。

1.一种用于隐框玻璃幕墙的与安全膜配合使用的连接件,所述连接件包括连接桥板、胶粘层和离型纸,其中所述胶粘层设置在所述连接桥板的一个表面上,并且由分隔的两个部分构成,并且所述离型纸覆盖所述胶粘层的所述两个部分的表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接件,其中所述连接桥板在与设置所述胶粘层的表面相反的表面上设置有两个或更多的加强筋。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的连接件,其中所述连接桥板是直条状的。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的连接件,其中所述连接桥板在所述胶粘层的所述两个部分之间的位置处以90°的角度朝胶粘层侧弯折。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的连接件,其中所述连接桥板在所述胶粘层的所述两个部分之间的位置处以90°的角度朝胶粘层侧的相反侧弯折。
