本实用新型涉及一种沼气池,尤其涉及一种带自动搅动系统的沼气池。包括原料进入口(1),废料排出口(2),出气口(3),其特征在于:还包括进气口(4),所述进气口(4)设置于沼气池的底部,所述出气口(3)与沼气采集管连接,所述沼气采集管连接三通接头,分两路,一路与进气口(4)连接,另一路与沼气输出管(5)连接。本实用新型沼气池结构简单,加工容易,适合推广应用;大大提升有机原料反应的充分性;减少原料更换次数,降低成本,减轻劳动强度;提高沼气输出管的沼气压力,提高沼气使用的输出功率。

本实用新型涉及一种沼气池,尤其涉及一种带自动搅动系统的沼气池。 
背景技术
目前我国广大农村地区已经普遍修建沼气池,已解决广大农村的照明和照料的问题。现有的沼气池,通常是在地下挖一个坑,然后在坑的四周砌上砖墙,底部浇筑混凝土,四周墙面上抹上水泥砂浆,顶部再浇筑水泥板,沼气采集管从顶部水泥板穿过设置在沼气池内部空间的上方,沼气池四周墙面开设原料进入口和废料排出口,有机原料通过原料进入口留到池内,在池内发酵后产生沼气就可通过顶部的沼气采集管输出。沼气从沼气采集管输出到沼气灯,燃气灶等沼气使用设备。这种结构的沼气池原料不能充分发酵,沼气产生后被埋压在原料下层,难以及时钻出反应原料的液面,所以经常发生出气沼气压力不足的现象。 
发明内容

本实用新型提供了一种带自动搅动系统的沼气池,包括原料进入口1,废料排出口2,出气口3,还包括进气口4,所述进气口4设置于沼气池的底部,所述出气口3与沼气采集管连接,所述沼气采集管连接三通接头,分两路,一路是进气管,与进气口4连接,另一路是沼气输出管5,与外部 使用沼气的设备连接。 
所述沼气池为矩形体结构。 
所述出气口3设置于沼气池侧面上部。 
所述进气管从进气口4插入沼气池内部,沼气池内部的进气管管壁上设有至少一个气孔7。 
本实用新型的有益效果在于: 
1)结构简单,加工容易,适合推广应用。 
2)大大提升有机原料反应的充分性。 
3)减少原料更换次数,避免使用人力对沼气池内部搅动,降低了成本,减轻了劳动强度。 
4)提高沼气输出管的沼气压力,提高沼气使用的输出功率。 
5)通过巧设管道利用沼气来搅动沼气池液体部分,安全可靠。 
6)沼气主要成分是甲烷,是一种易燃易爆的危险性气体,以一定比例与空气混合,达到适合的温度和压力可能会发生爆炸,本实用新型利用沼气本身来搅动沼气池的液体部分,而不使用空气,既不需要增加压缩气源,同时保证了沼气池的安全性。

本实用新型提供了一种带自动搅动系统的沼气池,包括原料进入口1,废料排出口2,出气口3,其特征在于:还包括进气口4,所述进气口4设置于沼气池的底部,所述出气口3与沼气采集管连接,所述沼气采集管连接三通接头,分两路,一路是进气管,与进气口4连接,另一路是沼气输出管5,与外部使用沼气的设备连接。所述沼气池为矩形体结构。所述出气口3设置于沼气池侧面上部。所述进气管从进气口4插入沼气池内部,沼气池内部的进气管管壁上设有至少一个气孔7。 
本实用新型的沼气池运作时,有机反应原料6经过发酵,生成沼气,沼气从出气口3排出,进入沼气采集管,沼气采集管内的沼气经过三通,分流成两路,一路与沼气输出管5连接,供用气设备使用,另一路与设置在沼气池底部的进气口4连接,这部分沼气再次从进气口4进入沼气池,在沼气池下部产生搅动作用,沼气池内的反应原料经过搅动后反应更加充分、迅速,能够加快发酵速度,同时促使已发酵生成的沼气快速向上运动,从而提升沼气池上部气体空间的压力。

1.一种带自动搅动系统的沼气池,包括原料进入口(1),废料排出口(2),出气口(3),其特征在于:还包括进气口(4),所述进气口(4)设置于沼气池的底部,所述出气口(3)与沼气采集管连接,所述沼气采集管连接三通接头,分两路,一路是进气管,与进气口(4)连接,另一路是沼气输出管(5),与外部使用沼气的设备连接。
