本实用新型公开了一种模具浇口套,包括有浇口套,在所述的浇口套中间设有流胶通道,其特征在于:浇口套与成型机喷嘴部配合接触的位置,设计有一个与流胶通道相配合的树脂槽;所述树脂槽呈圆形。本实用新型结构简单,设计合理,通过增加一个树脂槽,从而减小浇口套未端直径,同时减少流道直径,达到节省原材料的目的,且由于浇口套未端直径减小了,提高了冷却效率,浇口的冷固化加快,在减少了拉丝现象的同时也可以缩短成型周期。

    本实用新型涉及模具浇注领域,具体的说是一种模具的浇口套。
背景技术
   浇口套是让熔化的塑料原料从注塑机的喷嘴注入到模具内部的零件。在产品取出时,将已冷却的流道作为废料取出。现有的塑胶模具,在设计浇口套时,为防止主流道脱模不良,通常的做法是将浇口套设计成浇口套未端直径比成型机喷嘴直径大。这样设计就使得,即使很小的产品也需要大的未部直径和流道。不但增加了冷却时间,延长了成型周期,同时也很容易在主流道末端出现拉丝现象。流道有拉丝现象会在接下来的生产中,所生产的产品不良率上升,增加生产成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服传统模具浇口套末端直径过大,使得生产效率低,且易出现拉丝现象的不足,提供一种模具浇口套。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种模具浇口套,包括有浇口套,在所述的浇口套中间设有流胶通道,其特征在于 :浇口套与成型机喷嘴部配合接触的位置,设计有一个与流胶通道相配合的树脂槽;所述树脂槽呈圆形。
本实用新型结构简单,设计合理,通过增加一个树脂槽,从而减小浇口套未端直径,同时减少流道直径,达到节省原材料的目的,且由于浇口套未端直径减小了,提高了冷却效率,浇口的冷固化加快,在减少了拉丝现象的同时也可以缩短成型周期。
