Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种模具浇口套，包括有浇口套，在所述的浇口套中间设有流胶通道，其特征在于：浇口套与成型机喷嘴部配合接触的位置，设计有一个与流胶通道相配合的树脂槽；所述树脂槽呈圆形。本实用新型结构简单，设计合理，通过增加一个树脂槽，从而减小浇口套未端直径，同时减少流道直径，达到节省原材料的目的，且由于浇口套未端直径减小了，提高了冷却效率，浇口的冷固化加快，在减少了拉丝现象的同时也可以缩短成型周期。

本实用新型涉及模具浇注领域，具体的说是一种模具的浇口套。
背景技术
浇口套是让熔化的塑料原料从注塑机的喷嘴注入到模具内部的零件。在产品取出时，将已冷却的流道作为废料取出。现有的塑胶模具，在设计浇口套时，为防止主流道脱模不良，通常的做法是将浇口套设计成浇口套未端直径比成型机喷嘴直径大。这样设计就使得，即使很小的产品也需要大的未部直径和流道。不但增加了冷却时间，延长了成型周期，同时也很容易在主流道末端出现拉丝现象。流道有拉丝现象会在接下来的生产中，所生产的产品不良率上升，增加生产成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服传统模具浇口套末端直径过大，使得生产效率低，且易出现拉丝现象的不足，提供一种模具浇口套。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种模具浇口套，包括有浇口套，在所述的浇口套中间设有流胶通道，其特征在于 ：浇口套与成型机喷嘴部配合接触的位置，设计有一个与流胶通道相配合的树脂槽；所述树脂槽呈圆形。
本实用新型结构简单，设计合理，通过增加一个树脂槽，从而减小浇口套未端直径，同时减少流道直径，达到节省原材料的目的，且由于浇口套未端直径减小了，提高了冷却效率，浇口的冷固化加快，在减少了拉丝现象的同时也可以缩短成型周期。

一种模具浇口套，包括有浇口套1，在所述的浇口套1中间设有流胶通道2，其特征在于 ：浇口套1与成型机喷嘴部4配合接触的位置，设计有一个与流胶通道2相配合的树脂槽3；所述树脂槽3呈圆形。
