技术领域
本实用新型涉及对汽车的气缸体关键部位的改进与优化,即一种气缸体主轴承盖由原来的各个独立的主轴承盖改为连体主轴承盖。
背景技术
目前,各汽车厂家为节约生产成本,往往对一款发动机进行相应改进,以适应不同车型。这样对发动机的要求越来越高,特别是对扭矩的要求不同,现在汽车市场上主流发动机主轴承盖均为单个独立体,往往因为主轴承盖强度问题而影响发动机性能,甚至出现发动机在工作过程中主轴承盖断裂,造成发动机整机受损。这样不仅大大降低了厂商的顾客满意度,更重要的是严重影响了乘客的安全。现有的解决方法一般是改善主轴承盖的材质。这样做在一定程度上解决了上述问题,但其通用性差,不利于降低成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有发动机主轴承盖结构上的不足,提供一种新型发动机主轴承盖。在不改变材质情况下增加主轴承盖强度,以保证满足同一系列发动机对扭矩的不同要求,提高通用性并节约生产成本。
这种气缸体连体主轴承盖,包括和缸体主轴承相配合的各档主轴承盖,其特征在于:在各档主轴承盖两螺栓凸台部位外侧有两条平行的加强筋,加强筋与各档主轴承盖相连,并将各档主轴承盖连接成一体。
加强筋上部为平面,两侧为向中心倾斜的斜面,加强筋下部和各档主轴承盖两螺栓凸台部位外侧相连。
本实用新型的积极效果:
1,在未改变零件材质的情况下,经过优化零件结构,使在主轴承盖容易断裂部位增加了强度,有效地降低了主轴承盖断裂的几率。
2,通过优化设计,主轴承盖强度得以明显提高,大大适应了零件的通用性,降低了成本。
3,由于由单一独立的各主轴承盖变为连体主轴承盖,提高了生产加工的效率和精度。减少了装配过程中的出错率。
因此,本实用新型保证了发动机运行过程中动力输出的稳定性,提高了产品的使用寿命,同时有利于建立零件通用性标准,提高了效率,降低了成本。

如图1和图2所示,这种气缸体连体主轴承盖,包括和缸体主轴承相配合的各档主轴承盖1,在各档主轴承盖1两螺栓凸台2部位外侧有两条平行的加强筋3,加强筋3与各档主轴承盖1相连,并将各档主轴承盖1连接成一体。加强筋3上部为平面4,两侧为向中心倾斜的斜面5,加强筋3下部和各档主轴承盖1两螺栓凸台2部位外侧相连。

1. 一种气缸体连体主轴承盖,包括和缸体主轴承相配合的各档主轴承盖,其特征在于:在各档主轴承盖两螺栓凸台部位外侧有两条平行的加强筋,加强筋与各档主轴承盖相连,并将各档主轴承盖连接成一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气缸体连体主轴承盖,其特征在于:加强筋上部为平面,两侧为向中心倾斜的斜面,加强筋下部和各档主轴承盖两螺栓凸台部位外侧相连。
