本实用新型公开了一种反应釜氮气输送结构,包括有反应釜釜体、釜盖、釜体上的进料口和出料口以及釜体内的搅拌器,其特征在于:所述反应釜釜体底部设有向上出气的氮气出气管,所述氮气出气管的管口连通有出气罩,所述出气罩的上表面为向上凸起的弧形面,下表面为向下凸起的弧形面,且弧形面上分别分布有数个出气孔,所述出气孔从内到外是由密到疏的分布。本实用新型结构设计合理,通过出气罩的结构设计,采用多气孔出来的氮气同时与物料接触反应,增加了氮气与物料的接触面积,同时加快了反应进程,提高了工作效率。

本实用新型涉及反应釜辅助部件领域,尤其涉及一种反应釜氮气输送结构 。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断进步,化工和制药等行业所需的山梨醇、木糖醇、麦芽糖醇和糠醇等产品都是采用连续加氢法进行生产,在生产此类产品的设备中最为核心的设备是加氢反应釜,在反应釜上焊接各种管道,如进料、出料、催化剂、氮气、氮气和氯气等管道,同时生产厂家为了提高产能,要求反应釜的容积也越来越大,而氮气通入管道的出口却依然是一个出口,其结构简单,接触面积小,反应过程中氮气与物料接触慢,从而降低了反应进程,工作效率低。

本实用新型的目的是为了弥补已有技术的不足,提供了一种反应釜氮气输送结构,解决了已有的反应釜中氮气通入管道的出口结构简单,接触面积小,反应过程中氮气与物料接触慢,降低了反应进程,工作效率低等问题。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种反应釜氮气输送结构,包括有反应釜釜体、釜盖、釜体上的进料口和出料口以及釜体内的搅拌器,其特征在于:所述反应釜釜体底部设有向上出气的氮气出气管,所述氮气出气管的管口连通有出气罩,所述出气罩的上表面为向上凸起的弧形面,下表面为向下凸起的弧形面,且弧形面上分别分布有数个出气孔,所述出气孔从内到外是由密到疏的分布。
所述出气罩形状为圆形,且出气罩外壁与反应釜釜体内壁配合。
所述的出气孔的孔径从内到外是由小到大的分布。
其原理是:通过在反应釜的底部设置的与氮气出气管的管口连通的出气罩以及出气罩上、下表面的弧形面的结构设计,使氮气在反应过程中,从出气罩上的出气孔出来,同时与物料接触反应,增加了氮气与物料的接触面积,同时加快了反应进程,提高了工作效率。

参见附图,一种反应釜氮气输送结构,包括有反应釜釜体1、釜盖2、釜体上的进料口3和出料口4以及釜体内的搅拌器5,反应釜釜体1底部设有向上出气的氮气出气管6,氮气出气管6的管口连通有出气罩7,出气罩7的上表面为向上凸起的弧形面,下表面为向下凸起的弧形面,且弧形面上分别分布有数个出气孔8,出气孔8从内到外是由密到疏的分布;出气罩7形状为圆形,且出气罩7外壁与反应釜釜体1内壁配合;出气孔8的孔径从内到外是由小到大的分布。

1.一种反应釜氮气输送结构,包括有反应釜釜体、釜盖、釜体上的进料口和出料口以及釜体内的搅拌器,其特征在于:所述反应釜釜体底部设有向上出气的氮气出气管,所述氮气出气管的管口连通有出气罩,所述出气罩的上表面为向上凸起的弧形面,下表面为向下凸起的弧形面,且弧形面上分别分布有数个出气孔,所述出气孔从内到外是由密到疏的分布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的反应釜氮气输送结构,其特征在于:所述出气罩形状为圆形,且出气罩外壁与反应釜釜体内壁配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的反应釜氮气输送结构,其特征在于:所述的出气孔的孔径从内到外是由小到大的分布。
