Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种船舶清仓机械专用吊装装置，包括圆钢梁、卸扣、钢丝绳，所述的圆钢梁的上设有吊点，所述的钢丝绳通过卸扣与吊点连接。吊装时将上下钢丝绳分别与门座式起重机吊钩和吊装机械联接，达到清仓机械出入船舱的目的。具有制作简单，搬运方便，维护检查快捷，安全风险低，停机时间少的优点。

背景技术
现有技术中，船舶清仓机械进入船舱内采用吊装的方式，一般吊装装置设计较为复杂，检查、搬运不便，存在着成本高、检查维护工作量大、安全风险大、浪费作业时间的问题，影响了生产效率和效益。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题和不足；本实用新型提供一种船舶清仓机械专用吊装装置。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种船舶清仓机械专用吊装装置，包括圆钢梁、卸扣、钢丝绳，所述的圆钢梁上设有吊点，所述的钢丝绳通过卸扣与吊点连接。
所述的圆钢梁有两个，每个圆钢梁的两端各设有一对呈180度的吊点，所述的卸扣有八个，所述的钢丝绳有八根，每根钢丝绳通过一个卸扣与一个吊点相连,八根钢丝绳、八个卸扣和八个吊点一一对应。
在吊装机械时，将上面四根钢丝绳与门座式起重机的吊钩联接，下面的四根钢丝绳与清仓机械联接，这样能使清仓机械保持平衡，完成清仓机械出入船舱。
本实用新型的有益效果：1、结构简单、制作容易、成本低。2、维护检查便捷、搬运方便。3、使用方便快捷、停机时间短。4、安全风险低。

结合图1，本实用新型的圆钢梁7上设有四个吊点5，吊点5通过四个卸扣6与第一钢丝绳1、第二钢丝绳2、第三钢丝绳3、第四钢丝绳4联接，第一钢丝绳1、第二钢丝绳2与门机的吊钩8联接，第三钢丝绳3，第四钢丝绳4与清仓机械对接，此种圆钢梁7需要两根。机械吊装时，将上面的四根钢丝绳与门机的吊钩8联接，下面的四根钢丝绳与清仓机械联接，达到出入船舱的目的。

1.一种船舶清仓机械专用吊装装置，其特征在于：包括圆钢梁、卸扣、钢丝绳，所述的圆钢梁的上设有吊点，所述的钢丝绳通过卸扣与吊点连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种船舶清仓机械专用吊装装置，其特征在于：所述的圆钢梁有两个，每个圆钢梁的两端各设有一对呈180度的吊点，所述的卸扣有八个，所述的钢丝绳有八根，每根钢丝绳通过一个卸扣与一个吊点相连,八根钢丝绳、八个卸扣和八个吊点一一对应。
