本实用新型公开了一种大容量动力锂电池连接叠层母排,包括带有正极输出端的正极板,带有负极输出端的负极板和多个绝缘层;所述的负极板和所述正极板都设有电压采样接触片,所述正极板与所述负极板之间设有绝缘层。在本实用新型中,由于采用新型的叠层母排技术,结合传统的焊接工艺,以独特而简易的结构实现大容量动力电池中单体电池之间的串并联;因此,本实用新型具有低阻抗,低电感等特点,能够降低系统的能量损耗,提高电池组使用效率。

本实用新型涉及锂电池连接器,特别是一种大容量动力锂电池连接叠层母排。
背景技术
锂离子电池本身的优越性能,其使用范围越来越广,由于锂电池的制造工艺和技术要求的限制,目前很多大容量的动力电池需要通过串联以及并联数量庞大的电池单元来实现。目前业内很多企业采取的都是用与专利号201110273510.2类似结构的单体电池单元来装配制造大容量动力锂电池。其缺点是成本高,单体电池之间的连接电阻较大,能量损失也随着增大。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种大容量动力锂电池连接叠层母排。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案是:大容量动力锂电池连接叠层母排,包括带有正极输出端的正极板,带有负极输出端的负极板和多个绝缘层;所述的正极板和所述负极板都设有电压采样接触片,所述正极板与所述负极板之间设有绝缘层。
所述的正极板和所述负极板与锂电池的方形极片采用焊接工艺进行装配。
所述正极板和所述负极板与绝缘层采用热压成型。
所述正极板和所述负极板为铜板,所述铜板做防氧化处理。
本实用新型采用新型的叠层母排技术,结合传统的焊接工艺,以独特而简易的结构实现大容量动力电池中单体电池之间的串并联。
本实用新型的有益效果是:1.成本较传统连接方式低50%;2.单体电池之间的连接更可靠,接触电阻低;3.电压采用的连接非常快捷方便,安装时间及成本低;4.采用了新型叠层母排结构,具有低阻抗,低电感等特点,能够降低系统的能量损耗,提高电池组使用效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。
如图1和图2所示,大容量动力锂电池连接叠层母排,包括带有正极输出端的正极板1,带有负极输出端的负极板2和多个绝缘层6;所述的正极板1和所述负极板2都设有电压采样接触片4;所述正极板与所述负极板之间设有绝缘层6。
如图3所示,在六个单体电池3之间使用一块叠层母排进行连接,方形极片5与叠层母排采用焊接工艺进行装配。电压采样线可通过叠层母排的接触片4进行快速插拔连接。
上述大容量动力锂电池连接叠层母排的工艺流程是:1.剪板落料:使用剪板机将标准大小的铜板裁切为所需大小的铜板;2.模具冲压成型:将前工序得到的铜板用液压机冲裁出最终形状;3.铜排电镀:对加工好的铜排进行防氧化处理后,铜排就变成了正负极片;4.组装:将正负极片和绝缘层按照顺序装配至模具上,采用热压成型机进行加工,使绝缘层和铜排结合为一体。
根据上述工艺流程:由于采用采用新型的叠层母排技术,结合传统的焊接工艺,以独特而简易的结构实现大容量动力电池中单体电池之间的串并联,因此,本实用新型具有低阻抗,低电感等特点,能够降低系统的能量损耗,提高电池组使用效率。

2.根据权利要求1所述的大容量动力锂电池连接叠层母排,其特征在于:所述的正极板和所述负极板与锂电池的方形极片采用焊接工艺进行装配。
3.根据权利要求1所述的大容量动力锂电池连接叠层母排,其特征在于:所述正极板和所述负极板与绝缘层采用热压成型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的大容量动力锂电池连接叠层母排,其特征在于:所述正极板和所述负极板为铜板,所述铜板做防氧化处理。
