变形热箱是现代假捻加弹机的核心部件，大多假捻加弹机都依照通用性原则进行设计制造，通常由2个变形热箱构成，变形热箱长度约为2米。但对于锦纶之类的加热路径需求较短的纱线而言，双热箱的设计就显得较为多余，不仅会造成能量的损失，过长的纱线路径也会对纱线造成一定的磨损。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种假捻加弹机，该假捻加弹机只具有一个加热箱系统，因此其加热路径短，能有效减少成本和能耗。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是：本实用新型包括左支架、右支架、横梁、假捻系统、送纱系统和上油系统，所述送纱系统安装在右支架上，上油系统安装在左支架上，假捻系统设置在送纱系统和上油系统之间；其特征在于：所述假捻系统包括第一罗拉、假捻器和第二罗拉；所述第一罗拉设置在送纱系统的正上方，且固定在横梁上；所述第二罗拉安装在左支架上，且设置在上油系统的上方；所述假捻器设置在第一罗拉和第二罗拉之间；所述从第一罗拉到假捻器依次设有一个加热箱和一个冷却板；所述加热箱的长度为1.2米。
本实用新型具有积极的效果：（1）本实用新型缩短了纱线的路径，减少了纱线的磨损；（2）本实用新型相比传统的假捻加弹机省去了第二加热箱系统和第三罗拉，降低了成本和能耗；（3）本实用新型结构经凑，所占空间减少，节省了厂房空间。

见图1，本实用新型包括左支架1、右支架2、横梁3、假捻系统4、送纱系统5和上油系统6，所述送纱系统5安装在右支架2上，上油系统6安装在左支架1上，假捻系统4设置在送纱系统5和上油系统6之间；所述假捻系统4包括第一罗拉41、假捻器42和第二罗拉43；所述第一罗拉41设置在送纱系统5的正上方，且固定在横梁3上；所述第二罗拉43安装在左支架1上，且设置在上油系统6的上方；所述假捻器42设置在第一罗拉41和第二罗拉43之间；所述从第一罗拉41到假捻器42依次设有一个加热箱7和一个冷却板8；所述加热箱7的长度为1.2米。
工作时，纱线通过送纱系统5经过第一罗拉41进入加热箱7，纱线与加热箱7不接触，经过加热箱7加热的纱线进入冷却板8冷却到适合的温度，然后由假捻器42完成假捻，并由第二罗拉43进入上油系统6。整个加工路径大大缩短，能耗和纱线的损耗得到了有效的降低。
