Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种连续油管夹持机构,涉及石油钻采设备领域。其包括鞍型夹持块及夹持块座,所述鞍型夹持块扣装在夹持块座上,所述鞍型夹持块包括鞍型夹持部及底部,所述底部设有卡槽,卡槽的两端设有舌台;所述夹持块座包括与鞍型夹持块相贴合的贴合部,所述贴合部设有与卡槽相适配的沉槽及成对的凸台,每对凸台之间形成与所述舌台相适配的凹槽;所述卡槽扣装在沉槽内,所述舌台置于凹槽内,并通过限位销限定。本实用新型的有益效果是方便了拆换夹持块,并使使用该夹持装置的注入头具有连续工作稳定,便于维护等优势。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及石油钻采设备领域,特别涉及一种连续油管夹持机构。
背景技术
注入头是连续油管设备的核心部件,夹持装置为注入头提供夹紧力,用于输送连续油管。目前常用的注入头上所使用的是带有滚动体的夹持装置,夹持块和夹持块座之间的连接结构尚存在以下缺陷:一是夹持装置上使用的夹持块和夹持块座由于使用了螺钉限位导致了安装和更换不是很方便;二是夹持装置中夹持块所受的随机载荷对限位螺钉产生频繁的剪切力易造成螺钉的松动甚至断裂,影响装置工作的连续稳定性;三是现有的固定方式使夹持块在夹持块座上的活动间隙较少,不利于夹持块夹持油管时的自动调整,导致夹持块对油管的冲击大,对油管的磨损严重。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种连续油管夹持机构,以使夹持装置工作稳定,拆换方便。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种连续油管夹持机构,包括鞍型夹持块及夹持块座,所述鞍型夹持块扣装在所述夹持块座上,其特征在于:
所述鞍型夹持块包括鞍型夹持部及底部,所述底部在沿与被夹持油管相垂直的方向设有卡槽,在所述卡槽的两端设有舌台;
所述夹持块座包括与所述鞍型夹持块的底部相贴合的贴合部,所述贴合部在沿与被夹持油管相垂直方向的两条边上,设有与所述卡槽相适配的沉槽,在所述沉槽两边形成肩台,所述贴合部在对应夹持块两端舌台位置处分别设有一对凸台,所述凸台上设有限位销孔,在每对凸台之间形成与所述舌台相适配的凹槽;
所述卡槽扣装在所述沉槽内,所述舌台置于所述凹槽内,并通过在所述限位销孔中设置限位销将所述鞍型夹持块限定在所述夹持块座上。
本实用新型的有益效果是:夹持块座上的肩台限定了鞍型夹持块沿油管运动方向的活动量,采用限位销把鞍型夹持块压紧在所述夹持块座上,可达到鞍型夹持块安装和更换过程方便快捷的效果,并且使用更可靠。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本实用新型还可以做如下改进。
进一步,所述沉槽的长度大于所述卡槽的长度,在两者之间形成活动间隙。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,利用在沉槽与卡槽之间设置合理活动间隙,既可保证夹持装置正常工作,又可以在连续油管变形或磨损时,夹持块夹持油管时利用该活动间隙自动调整位置,减少夹持块对油管的硬性挤压力,避免油管的快速磨损。
进一步,所述鞍型夹持块和夹持块座之间设有垫片。
所述垫片上开有多个孔。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,选用弹性垫片可以有效缓冲油管对夹持块产生的径向冲击从而减缓油管及夹持块之间的磨损,提高了油管及夹持装置的使用寿命。
进一步,所述夹持块座还包括销轴及套装于所述销轴上的滚动体,所述夹持块座上在沿销轴方向,设有用于与注入头链条相连接的两个通孔,所述夹持块座的上部设有三道隔板,在所述隔板上设有用于安装销轴的通孔。
所述滚动体是滚动轴承或滚动轴套。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,采用滚动轴承或滚动轴套是夹持装置运动更灵活。
进一步,所述销轴的两端分别设有轴用弹性挡圈。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,便于快速拆换滚动体。
进一步,所述鞍型夹持块的鞍型夹持部开有至少两条弧形槽。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,采用弧形槽有利于提高对连续油管的夹持力度,而且能避免杂物对油管的损伤。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本实用新型,并非用于限定本实用新型的范围。
如图1到图8所示,一种连续油管夹持机构,包括鞍型夹持块1及夹持块座4,所述鞍型夹持块1扣装在所述夹持块座4上,所述鞍型夹持块1包括鞍型夹持部及底部,所述底部在沿与被夹持油管相垂直的方向设有卡槽103,在所述卡槽的两端设有舌台102;
所述夹持块座4包括与所述鞍型夹持块1的底部相贴合的贴合部,所述贴合部在沿与被夹持油管相垂直方向的两条边上,设有与所述卡槽103相适配的沉槽407,在所述沉槽407两边形成肩台408,所述贴合部在对应夹持块两端舌台102位置处分别设有一对凸台404,所述凸台404上设有限位销孔403,在每对凸台404之间形成与所述舌台102相适配的凹槽405;
所述卡槽103扣装在所述沉槽407内,所述舌台102置于所述凹槽405内,并通过在所述限位销孔403中设置限位销2将所述鞍型夹持块1限定在所述夹持块座4上,在限位销2的两端还设有销3,以防止限位销2滑脱。
所述沉槽407的长度大于所述卡槽103的长度,在两者之间形成活动间隙。
所述鞍型夹持块1和夹持块座4之间设有垫片8。
所述垫片8上开有多个孔801。
所述夹持块座4还包括销轴7及套装于所述销轴7上的滚动体5,所述夹持块座本体沿销轴7方向,设有用于与注入头链条相连接的两个通孔402,所述夹持块座本体的上部设有三道隔板406,在所述隔板406上设有用于安装销轴7的销轴孔401。
所述滚动体5是滚动轴承或滚动轴套。
所述销轴7的两端分别设有轴用弹性挡圈6。
所述鞍型夹持块1的鞍型夹持部开有至少两条弧形槽101。

Claims (8)
1.一种连续油管夹持机构,包括鞍型夹持块(1)及夹持块座(4),所述鞍型夹持块(1)扣装在所述夹持块座(4)上,其特征在于:
所述鞍型夹持块(1)包括鞍型夹持部及底部,所述底部在沿与被夹持油管相垂直的方向设有卡槽(103),在所述卡槽(103)的两端设有舌台(102);
所述夹持块座(4)包括与所述鞍型夹持块(1)的底部相贴合的贴合部,所述贴合部在沿与被夹持油管相垂直方向的两条边上,设有与所述卡槽(103)相适配的沉槽(407),在所述沉槽(407)两边形成肩台(408),所述贴合部在对应夹持块两端舌台(102)位置处分别设有一对凸台(404),所述凸台(404)上设有限位销孔(403),在每对凸台(404)之间形成与所述舌台(102)相适配的凹槽(405);
所述卡槽(103)扣装在所述沉槽(407)内,所述舌台(102)置于所述凹槽(405)内,并通过在所述限位销孔(403)中设置限位销(2),将所述鞍型夹持块(1)限定在所述夹持块座(4)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连续油管夹持机构,其特征在于,所述沉槽(407)的长度大于所述卡槽(103)的长度,在两者之间形成活动间隙。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的连续油管夹持机构,其特征在于,所述鞍型夹持块(1)和夹持块座(4)之间设有垫片(8)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的连续油管夹持机构,其特征在于,所述垫片(8)上开有多个孔(801)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的连续油管夹持机构,其特征在于,所述夹持块座(4)还包括销轴(7)及套装于所述销轴(7)上的滚动体(5),所述夹持块座(4)上在沿销轴(7)方向,设有用于与注入头链条相连接的两个通孔(402),所述夹持块座(4)的上部设有三道隔板(406),在所述隔板(406)上设有用于安装销轴(7)的销轴孔(401)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的连续油管夹持机构,其特征在于,所述滚动体(5)是滚动轴承或滚动轴套。
7.根据权利要求6所述的连续油管夹持机构,其特征在于,所述销轴(7)的两端分别设有轴用弹性挡圈(6)。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的连续油管夹持机构,其特征在于,所述鞍型夹持块(1)的鞍型夹持部开有至少两条弧形槽(101)。
