背景技术
按照国家有关生物有机肥（NY884-2012）的产品要求，颗粒肥料的水份含量要低于30%，传统技术是采用转炉烘干，不仅能耗大，费时费工，而且由于温度较高，烘干过程中会杀死部分有益微生物菌，降低肥效，同时传统的造粒方法多为螺旋挤压造粒、隔膜造粒、双棍对压造粒等，造粒与烘干分离，烘干肥料也有困难。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为克服现有技术的不足，而提供一种生物有机肥造粒机的抛圆烘干装置，该装置将抛圆装置和烘干装置合二为一，抛圆烘干快。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是：
一种生物有机肥造粒机的抛圆烘干装置，由抛圆装置和设置在抛圆装置内的烘干装置组成。
所述抛圆装置由第一级抛圆机、第二级抛圆机和第三级抛圆机顺序连接组成。
所述的烘干装置为高聚能红外线灯。
