Abstract

本实用新型提供一种可以稳定地对包装材料进行密封的制袋包装机。制袋包装机(100)包括下拉传送带机构(23)、纵密封机构(2)和控制部(29)。下拉传送带机构输送筒状薄膜(Fm)。纵密封机构向由下拉传送带机构输送的筒状薄膜赋予压力和超声波振动,对筒状薄膜进行密封。控制部控制由下拉传送带机构输送的筒状薄膜的速度,并且控制由纵密封机构向筒状薄膜赋予的压力和超声波振动的振幅中的至少一个。在即将转移到开始输送筒状薄膜的第一时刻之前的时间区域中,控制部向筒状薄膜赋予压力和超声波振动。在转移到第一时刻后的时间区域中,控制部根据薄膜的速度而改变赋予薄膜的压力和超声波振动的振幅中的至少一个。

本实用新型涉及一种制袋包装机。 
背景技术
以往,如专利文献1(日本专利公开公报特开2001-233309号)公开的那样,作为将薄膜状的包装材料成形为袋并在袋中填充点心等被包装物的制袋包装机,使用具有超声波密封装置的制袋包装机。超声波密封装置对热塑性的包装材料施加细微的超声波振动,使包装材料熔化后,对包装材料进行加压密封。 
然而,在具有密封包装材料时改变包装材料输送速度的机构的超声波密封装置中,在不能适当控制密封时赋予包装材料的能量的情况下,不能稳定地对包装材料进行密封。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可以稳定地对包装材料进行密封的制袋包装机。 
本实用新型的制袋包装机包括输送部、密封部和控制部。输送部对筒状的薄膜进行输送。密封部向由输送部输送的薄膜赋予压力和超声波振动,对薄膜进行密封。控制部控制由输送部输送的薄膜的速度,并且控制由密封部向薄膜赋予的压力和超声波振动的振幅中的至少一个。在即将转移到用输送部开始输送薄膜的第一时刻之前的时间区域中,控制部向薄膜赋予压力和超声波振动。在转移到第一时刻之后的时间区域中,控制部根据薄膜的速度而改变赋予薄膜的压力和超声波振动的振幅中的至少一个。 
本实用新型的制袋包装机边输送作为包装材料的薄膜边赋予压力和超声波振动,对薄膜进行密封。该制袋包装机在即将开始输送薄膜之前的预备动作的时间带中,对薄膜赋予压力和超声波振动。通过在输送薄 膜前预先对薄膜赋予压力和超声波振动的能量,在对薄膜进行密封的正式动作的时间带中,可以使薄膜顺利熔接。因此,本实用新型的制袋包装机可以稳定地对包装材料进行密封。 
此外,本实用新型的制袋包装机优选的是,所述密封部包括变幅杆和砧座,所述变幅杆连接在超声波振荡器和气缸上,所述变幅杆根据所述超声波振荡器发出的超声波,引起超声波振动,并且所述变幅杆根据所述气缸内部的空气压力,向所述砧座前进或后退,所述砧座安装在管的外周面上,配置成与所述变幅杆的前端面相对,对筒状薄膜在纵向密封的过程中,所述控制部控制由所述输送部输送的筒状薄膜的速度、所述超声波振荡器发出的超声波振动的振幅以及所述气缸内部的空气压力,在从第一时刻到薄膜速度为固定的第二时刻为止的时间区域中,随着薄膜速度的增加,赋予薄膜的压力和超声波振动的振幅中的至少一个增加。在该方式中,在从开始输送薄膜的时刻到薄膜的输送速度增加到固定的时刻为止的时间带中,随着薄膜速度的增加,赋予薄膜的压力和/或超声波振动的振幅增加。 
此外,本实用新型的制袋包装机优选的是,控制部控制输送部和密封部,以便在第二时刻之后、且薄膜的速度开始降低的第三时刻之前,使赋予薄膜的压力和超声波振动的振幅中的至少一个开始降低。在该方式中,在开始降低薄膜的输送速度的时刻之前,开始降低赋予薄膜的压力和/或超声波振动的振幅。由此,在降低薄膜的输送速度的时间带中,可以防止把超声波振动的能量过度赋予薄膜,可以防止薄膜过度熔接。 
此外,本实用新型的制袋包装机优选的是,密封部包括变幅杆、砧座和加压部,加压部通过变幅杆和砧座对薄膜赋予压力,控制部控制输送部和密封部,以便在即将转移到第一时刻之前的时间区域中,由加压部对薄膜赋予压力。在该方式中,在即将开始输送薄膜之前的预备动作的时间带中,对夹持在变幅杆和砧座之间的薄膜施加压力。 
本实用新型的制袋包装机可以稳定地对包装材料进行密封。

具体实施方式
(1)制袋包装机的结构 
图1表示本实用新型实施方式的制袋包装机100的简要结构图。制袋包装机100是如下设备:把薯片等被包装物用成形为筒状的薄膜包覆,把薄膜在纵向和横向密封,制造装入被包装物的袋。 
如图1所示,制袋包装机100主要包括:薄膜提供部(未图示),提供作为包装材料的热塑性的薄膜F;成形机构1,把从薄膜提供部以片状输送的薄膜F成形为筒状;纵密封机构2,把成形为筒状的薄膜F(以下称为“筒状薄膜Fm”)的重叠部分在纵向密封;以及横密封机构3,把筒状薄膜Fm在横向密封。 
(1-1)成形机构 
成形机构1具有管11和成形装置12。管11是圆筒形状的构件,且上下端开口。把作为被包装物的薯片C投入管11上端的开口部。成形装 置12被配置成包围管11。成形装置12具有使薄膜提供部送来的片状薄膜F在通过成形装置12和管11之间时成形为筒状薄膜Fm的形状。筒状薄膜Fm具有使薄膜F的水平方向的两端部相互重合的重叠部分。管11和成形装置12可以根据要制造的袋的尺寸进行替换。 
此外,如图1所示,从制袋包装机100的正面观察,管11的左侧和右侧设置有下拉传送带机构23。下拉传送带机构23吸附卷绕在管11上的筒状薄膜Fm,并向下方输送。 
(1-2)纵密封机构 
纵密封机构2是如下机构:对用下拉传送带机构23向下方输送的筒状薄膜Fm的重叠部分赋予超声波振动和压力,从而在纵向密封。图2表示纵密封机构2的外观图。纵密封机构2具有变幅杆21和砧座22。变幅杆21连接在超声波振荡器21a和气缸21b上。砧座22安装在管11的外周面上,配置成与变幅杆21的前端面相对。变幅杆21根据超声波振荡器21a发出的超声波,引起超声波振动。变幅杆21根据气缸21b内部的空气压力,向砧座22前进或后退。变幅杆21在其与砧座22之间夹持筒状薄膜Fm的状态下,利用超声波振动对筒状薄膜Fm进行加热使其熔化,把筒状薄膜Fm按压在砧座22上进行加压。由此,对筒状薄膜Fm的重叠部分进行熔接密封。 
图3表示纵密封机构2的结构框图。超声波振荡器21a连接在超声波发射器24上,气缸21b连接在电空调节器25上。超声波发射器24是利用超声波振荡器21a控制变幅杆21引起的超声波振动的振幅的装置。电空调节器25是把从空气源(未图示)提供的空气通过电磁阀25a送入气缸21b以控制气缸21b内部的空气压力的装置。即,电空调节器25控制由变幅杆21和砧座22赋予筒状薄膜Fm的压力。控制部29是控制下拉传送带机构23、超声波发射器24和电空调节器25的动作的计算机。 
(1-3)横密封机构 
横密封机构3配置在成形机构1和纵密封机构2的下方。横密封机构3具有内置加热器的一对密封爪31。从制袋包装机100正面观察,一对密封爪31分别配置在筒状薄膜Fm的前侧和后侧。一对密封爪31分别以描绘前后对称的大体D字形的轨迹的方式进行转动。一对密封爪31 在转动的中途,在相互按压的状态下夹持筒状薄膜Fm,对袋的上下端部的筒状薄膜Fm部分施加压力和热量,以进行密封。 
在一个密封爪31的内部安装有刀具(未图示)。该刀具在用密封爪31进行横密封部分的高度方向中心位置上,把袋B和后续的筒状薄膜Fm切断分离。 
(2)制袋包装机的动作 
利用设在制袋包装机100上方的计量器(未图示)对作为被包装物的薯片C计量规定的量,并投入成形机构1的管11的内部。薄膜F以片状从薄膜提供部送来,并利用成形机构1成形为筒状。成形后的筒状薄膜Fm边用下拉传送带机构23向下方输送边用纵密封机构2在纵向密封。 
在纵密封机构2中,根据超声波振荡器21a发出的超声波振动,变幅杆21引起超声波振动。被夹持在变幅杆21和砧座22之间的筒状薄膜Fm的重叠部分接收到变幅杆21的超声波振动的能量而被加热熔化。熔化的筒状薄膜Fm的重叠部分被变幅杆21和砧座22夹持加压。由此,把筒状薄膜Fm的重叠部分熔接密封。对筒状薄膜Fm在纵向密封的过程中,控制部29控制由下拉传送带机构23输送的筒状薄膜Fm的速度、超声波振荡器21a发出的超声波振动的振幅以及气缸21b内部的空气压力。 
筒状薄膜Fm由纵密封机构2在纵向密封后,用横密封机构3把袋B的上下端部的部分在横向密封。最初对袋B下端部的部分进行横密封,把管11内的薯片C投入到筒状薄膜Fm的内部。然后,对袋B上端部的部分进行横密封,用内置于密封爪31的刀具切断该横密封部分的高度方向的中心位置。由此,把袋B与后续的筒状薄膜Fm切断分离。 
(3)纵密封机构的控制 
参照图4的时序图,对在本实用新型实施方式的制袋包装机100中,纵密封机构2用超声波密封筒状薄膜Fm时的控制部29的动作进行说明。图4表示纵密封机构2开始输送筒状薄膜Fm并对筒状薄膜Fm进行密封,直到停止输送筒状薄膜Fm的时刻t0~t6中,筒状薄膜Fm的输送速度和赋予筒状薄膜Fm的超声波振动的振幅随时间的变化。在图4中,“薄 膜输送速度”表示用下拉传送带机构23向下方输送的筒状薄膜Fm的速度,“超声波的振幅”表示由超声波发射器24赋予筒状薄膜Fm的超声波振动的振幅。制袋包装机100在连续制造袋B的过程中,反复图4所示的时刻t0~t6的周期。另外,在时刻t0~t6中,对筒状薄膜Fm施加由气缸21b内部的空气压力形成的规定的压力。下面对在时刻t0~t6中各时刻的控制部29的控制进行说明。 
在时刻t0,筒状薄膜Fm在被夹持于变幅杆21和砧座22之间的状态下静止,不进行输送。在时刻t0,没有对筒状薄膜Fm赋予超声波振动。 
在时刻t1,筒状薄膜Fm在被夹持于变幅杆21和砧座22之间的状态下静止,不进行输送。在时刻t1,开始向筒状薄膜Fm赋予超声波振动。在从时刻t0到时刻t1的时间带中,薄膜输送速度和超声波振幅都为零。 
在时刻t2,开始输送筒状薄膜Fm,而且开始增加向筒状薄膜Fm赋予的超声波振动的振幅。在从时刻t1到时刻t2的时间带中,薄膜输送速度为零,超声波振幅表示a1的定值。 
在时刻t3,筒状薄膜Fm的速度固定,而且赋予筒状薄膜Fm的超声波振动的振幅固定。在从时刻t2到时刻t3的时间带中,薄膜输送速度逐渐从零增加到v1,超声波振幅逐渐从a1增加到a2。 
在时刻t4,赋予筒状薄膜Fm的超声波振动的振幅开始降低。在从时刻t3到时刻t4的时间带中,薄膜输送速度表示v1的定值,超声波振幅表示a2的定值。 
在时刻t5,筒状薄膜Fm的输送速度开始降低。在从时刻t4到时刻t5的时间带中,薄膜输送速度表示v1的定值,超声波振幅逐渐从a2降低到a3。 
在时刻t6,筒状薄膜Fm的输送速度变为零,而且赋予筒状薄膜Fm的超声波振动的振幅为零。在从时刻t5到时刻t6的时间带中,薄膜输送速度逐渐从v1降为零,超声波振幅逐渐从a3向a4降低后变成零。 
(4)制袋包装机的特征 
(4-1) 
本实施方式的制袋包装机100中,在纵密封机构2对筒状薄膜Fm进行密封的过程中,在开始输送筒状薄膜Fm的时刻t2之前的预备动作的时间带t1~t2中,把振幅a1的超声波振动赋予筒状薄膜Fm。即,在本实施方式中,边输送筒状薄膜Fm边向筒状薄膜Fm赋予超声波振动以进行密封的正式动作的时间带t2~t6之前,向筒状薄膜Fm赋予超声波振动的能量。由此,在正式动作的时间带t2~t6中,对筒状薄膜Fm顺利进行熔接。因此,本实施方式的制袋包装机100可以稳定地对筒状薄膜Fm进行密封。 
(4-2) 
本实施方式的制袋包装机100中,在纵密封机构2对筒状薄膜Fm进行密封的过程中,在开始降低筒状薄膜Fm速度的时刻t5之前的时刻t4,开始降低赋予筒状薄膜Fm的超声波振动的振幅。其中,在与开始降低筒状薄膜Fm的速度的时刻t5相同的时刻,假设开始降低赋予筒状薄膜Fm的超声波振动的振幅的情况下(即,赋予筒状薄膜Fm的超声波振动的振幅在时刻t5之前不降低的情况下),则在降低筒状薄膜Fm速度的时刻t5~t6的时间带中,有可能过度向筒状薄膜Fm赋予超声波振动的能量。此外,由于基于超声波振动的能量造成变幅杆21的温度升高,使变幅杆21的物理特性发生变化,所以赋予筒状薄膜Fm的超声波振动的振幅增加,有可能过度向筒状薄膜Fm赋予超声波振动的能量。 
本实施方式的制袋包装机100中,在开始降低筒状薄膜Fm的速度的时刻t5,由于赋予筒状薄膜Fm的超声波振动的振幅从a2降低到a3,所以可以防止因超声波振动的能量造成对筒状薄膜Fm过度熔接。因此,本实施方式的制袋包装机100可以稳定地对筒状薄膜Fm进行密封。 
(4-3) 
在本实施方式的制袋包装机100中,把具有与筒状薄膜Fm的速度对应振幅的超声波振动赋予筒状薄膜Fm。即,在纵密封机构2对筒状薄膜Fm进行密封的过程中,控制部29适当地控制赋予筒状薄膜Fm的能量。因此,本实施方式的制袋包装机100可以稳定地对筒状薄膜Fm进行密封。 
(5)变形例 
以上对本实用新型实施方式进行了说明,但本实用新型的具体结构可以在不脱离本实用新型宗旨的范围内进行变更。下面对可以适用于本实施方式的变形例进行说明。 
(5-1)变形例A 
如图4所示,在本实施方式的制袋包装机100中,控制部29进行控制,把具有与筒状薄膜Fm的速度对应振幅的超声波振动赋予筒状薄膜Fm,而如图5所示,控制部29也可以与上述控制一起进行控制,将与筒状薄膜Fm的速度对应的压力施加于筒状薄膜Fm。图5表示纵密封机构2在开始输送筒状薄膜Fm并对筒状薄膜Fm进行密封,直到停止输送筒状薄膜Fm的时刻t0~t6中,筒状薄膜Fm的输送速度和赋予筒状薄膜Fm的压力随时间的变化。在图5中,“空气压力”用电空调节器25进行控制,表示气缸21b内部的空气压力。赋予筒状薄膜Fm的压力根据气缸21b内部的空气压力而改变。 
如图5所示,本变形例中,在从时刻t0,到开始输送筒状薄膜Fm并使筒状薄膜Fm的速度变为固定的时刻t3的时间带中,空气压力表示p1的定值。此后,在从时刻t3到停止输送筒状薄膜Fm的时刻t6的时间带中,空气压力表示比p1低的p2的定值。即,本变形例中,在赋予筒状薄膜Fm的超声波振动的振幅变成最大的时刻t3以后,赋予筒状薄膜Fm的压力降低。由此,在筒状薄膜Fm的速度变为固定的时刻t3以后,可以防止基于气缸21b内部的空气压力的能量过度赋予筒状薄膜Fm,可以防止筒状薄膜Fm过度熔接。因此,本变形例的制袋包装机100可以稳定地对筒状薄膜Fm进行密封。 
(5-2)变形例B 
如图4所示,在本实施方式的制袋包装机100中,控制部29进行控制,把具有与筒状薄膜Fm的速度对应振幅的超声波振动赋予筒状薄膜Fm,但控制部29也可以进行控制,在薄膜输送速度为固定的时间带t3~t5中,使赋予筒状薄膜Fm的超声波振动的功率固定。由此,在筒状薄膜Fm的速度固定的时间带t3~t5中,可以防止把超声波振动的能量过度赋予筒状薄膜Fm,可以防止筒状薄膜Fm过度熔接。因此,本变形例 的制袋包装机100可以稳定地对筒状薄膜Fm进行密封。 
(5-3)变形例C 
本实施方式的制袋包装机100中,在连续制造袋B的工序中,反复图4和图5所示的时刻t0~t6的周期,但控制部29也可以控制超声波发射器24,以使第二次以后的周期中赋予筒状薄膜Fm的超声波振动的振幅比第一次的周期中赋予筒状薄膜Fm的超声波振动的振幅小。通常在第二次以后的周期的开始时刻(时刻t0)中,第一次的周期中赋予筒状薄膜Fm的超声波振动的能量的一部分残留于筒状薄膜Fm。即,在本变形例中,通过较低地设定第二次以后的周期中赋予筒状薄膜Fm的超声波振动的振幅(图4中的a1和a2)的值,可以防止第二次以后的周期中向筒状薄膜Fm过度赋予超声波振动的能量,可以防止筒状薄膜Fm过度熔接。因此,本变形例的制袋包装机100可以稳定地对筒状薄膜Fm进行密封。 
(5-4)变形例D 
如图4所示,在本实施方式的制袋包装机100中,控制部29进行控制,把具有与筒状薄膜Fm的速度对应振幅的超声波振动赋予筒状薄膜Fm,而如图6所示,控制部29也可以进行控制,把与筒状薄膜Fm的速度对应的压力施加于筒状薄膜Fm。图6表示纵密封机构2在开始输送筒状薄膜Fm并对筒状薄膜Fm进行密封,直到停止输送筒状薄膜Fm的时刻t0~t6中,筒状薄膜Fm的输送速度和赋予筒状薄膜Fm的压力随时间的变化。与图5相同,图6中的“空气压力”由电空调节器25进行控制,表示气缸21b内部的空气压力。赋予筒状薄膜Fm的压力根据气缸21b内部的空气压力而改变。如图6所示,赋予筒状薄膜Fm的压力在时刻t0~t6中随时间的变化表示出与本实施方式中赋予筒状薄膜Fm的超声波振动的振幅在时刻t0~t6中随时间的变化相同的倾向。下面对在时刻t0~t6中各时刻的控制部29的控制进行说明。 
在时刻t0,筒状薄膜Fm在被夹持于变幅杆21和砧座22之间的状态下静止,不进行输送。在时刻t0,不对筒状薄膜Fm赋予空气压力。 
在时刻t1,筒状薄膜Fm在被夹持于变幅杆21和砧座22之间的状态下静止,不进行输送。在时刻t1,开始对筒状薄膜Fm赋予空气压力。 在从时刻t0到时刻t1的时间带中,薄膜输送速度和空气压力都为零。 
在时刻t2,开始输送筒状薄膜Fm,而且开始增加赋予筒状薄膜Fm的空气压力。在从时刻t1到时刻t2的时间带中,薄膜输送速度为零,空气压力表示p3的定值。 
在时刻t3,筒状薄膜Fm的速度固定,而且赋予筒状薄膜Fm的空气压力固定。在从时刻t2到时刻t3的时间带中,薄膜输送速度从零逐渐增加到v1,空气压力从p3逐渐增加到p4。 
在时刻t4,赋予筒状薄膜Fm的空气压力开始降低。在从时刻t3到时刻t4的时间带中,薄膜输送速度表示v1的定值,空气压力表示p4的定值。 
在时刻t5,开始降低筒状薄膜Fm的输送速度。在从时刻t4到时刻t5的时间带中,薄膜输送速度表示v1的定值,空气压力逐渐从p4降低到p5。 
在时刻t6,筒状薄膜Fm的输送速度为零,而且赋予筒状薄膜Fm的空气压力为零。在从时刻t5到时刻t6的时间带中,薄膜输送速度逐渐从v1降为零,空气压力逐渐从p5向p6降低后变为零。 
在本变形例中,与本实施方式中的超声波振动的振幅的控制相同,通过以图6所示的方式对赋予筒状薄膜Fm的压力进行控制,可以防止把基于气缸21b内部的空气压力的能量过度赋予筒状薄膜Fm,可以防止筒状薄膜Fm过度熔接。因此,本变形例的制袋包装机100可以稳定地对筒状薄膜Fm进行密封。 
此外,如图7所示,在本变形例中,控制部29也可以进行控制,在从开始输送筒状薄膜Fm的时刻t2之前的预备动作的时间带t1~t2中的开始时刻t1,直到停止输送筒状薄膜Fm的时刻t6的时间带中,把具有固定振幅a5的超声波振动赋予筒状薄膜Fm。这是因为,与本实施方式不同,在本变形例中,由于赋予筒状薄膜Fm的压力根据筒状薄膜Fm的输送速度而改变,所以即使把赋予筒状薄膜Fm的超声波振动的振幅控制成如图7所示,也不会出现因向筒状薄膜Fm过度赋予能量而导致筒状薄膜Fm过度熔接的情况。 

Claims (4)

1.一种制袋包装机,其特征在于包括: 
输送部,输送筒状的薄膜; 
密封部,向由所述输送部输送的所述薄膜赋予压力和超声波振动,对所述薄膜进行密封;以及 
控制部,控制由所述输送部输送的所述薄膜的速度,并且控制由所述密封部向所述薄膜赋予的压力和超声波振动的振幅中的至少一个,该控制部设置为,在即将转移到用所述输送部开始输送所述薄膜的第一时刻之前的时间区域中,所述控制部向所述薄膜赋予压力和超声波振动,并且在转移到所述第一时刻之后的时间区域中,所述控制部根据所述薄膜的速度而改变赋予所述薄膜的压力和超声波振动的振幅中的至少一个。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的制袋包装机,其特征在于, 
所述密封部包括变幅杆和砧座, 
所述变幅杆连接在超声波振荡器和气缸上,所述变幅杆根据所述超声波振荡器发出的超声波,引起超声波振动,并且所述变幅杆根据所述气缸内部的空气压力,向所述砧座前进或后退, 
所述砧座安装在管的外周面上,配置成与所述变幅杆的前端面相对, 
对筒状薄膜在纵向密封的过程中,所述控制部控制由所述输送部输送的筒状薄膜的速度、所述超声波振荡器发出的超声波振动的振幅以及所述气缸内部的空气压力,在从所述第一时刻到所述薄膜的速度为固定的第二时刻为止的时间区域中,随着所述薄膜的速度增加,使赋予所述薄膜的压力和超声波振动的振幅中的至少一个增加。 
3.根据权利要求2所述的制袋包装机,其特征在于,所述控制部控制所述输送部和所述密封部,以便在所述第二时刻之后、且所述薄膜的速度开始降低的第三时刻之前,使赋予所述薄膜的压力和超声波振动的振幅中的至少一个开始降低。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的制袋包装机,其特征在于, 
所述密封部包括变幅杆、砧座和加压部,所述加压部通过所述变幅杆和所述砧座向所述薄膜赋予压力, 
所述控制部控制所述输送部和所述密封部,以便在即将转移到所述第一时刻之前的时间区域中,由所述加压部对所述薄膜赋予压力。
