现有的粉剂包装装置在包装下料过程中，由于粉剂下料过程中的自身重力的作用导致下端的粉料被压实，影响下料仓内的粉料的顺利下料，减低包装效率。

    本实用新型提供一种能保持注料斗顺利下料、提高注料斗的下料速度的旋风气锤下料装置。

一种旋风气锤下料装置，包括注料斗、步进电机，其特征在于：所述注料斗的底部设有下料口，所述下料口内配合转动安装有计量螺杆，所述计量螺杆通过电机转轴与注料斗顶部固定安装有步进电机连接，所述电机转轴上套有搅拌叶轮套，所述搅拌叶轮套的侧壁上设有搅拌叶轮，所述搅拌叶轮套的顶部通过齿轮与搅拌电机传动连接，所述注料斗的侧壁上设有旋风气锤，所述旋风气锤联通外部的气源，所述注料斗顶部固定安装有停止上料红外传感器。
所述注料斗的顶部设有进料口。
本实用新型在注料斗的底部安装有吹起嘴，在进行下料过程中对注料斗内的粉料进行吹气，使得粉料处于松动状态，便于下料。

1.一种旋风气锤下料装置，包括注料斗、步进电机，其特征在于：所述注料斗的底部设有下料口，所述下料口内配合转动安装有计量螺杆，所述计量螺杆通过电机转轴与注料斗顶部固定安装有步进电机连接，所述电机转轴上套有搅拌叶轮套，所述搅拌叶轮套的侧壁上设有搅拌叶轮，所述搅拌叶轮套的顶部通过齿轮与搅拌电机传动连接，所述注料斗的侧壁上设有旋风气锤，所述旋风气锤联通外部的气源，所述注料斗顶部固定安装有停止上料红外传感器。
