技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种重力式包装机，特别是一种重力式包装机的除尘装置。
背景技术
化工原料包装过程中容易形成大量的飞尘，化工原料飞尘一方面会影响封装车间的环境，飞尘的泄露会产生一定的刺激性气味；另一方面飞尘达到一定浓度后遇明火容易产生爆炸，很不安全。为了使封装车间的环境更优良，安全性更高，所以需要在化工产品包装的过程中有效的除尘。
发明内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够很好除尘的重力式包装机。
为解决上述的技术问题，本实用新型重力式包装机的除尘装置包括喂料仓、称料仓和出料口，所述喂料仓通过喂料阀门与下端称料仓相连接，所述称料仓通过出料阀门与下端出料口相连接，所述称料仓的仓壁上开有抽风口，所述抽风口通过管道与抽风机相连接。
采用上述结构后，当从称料仓将物料装入到包装袋的过程中，抽风机通过抽风形成负压，将称料仓内的物料飞尘通过管道抽出，可以有效的控制封装车间内的飞尘，起到集尘效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示重力式包装机的除尘装置，包括喂料仓1、称料仓2和出料口5，所述喂料仓1通过喂料阀门与下端称料仓2相连接，所述称料仓2通过出料阀门与下端出料口5相连接。所述称料仓2的仓壁上开有抽风口，所述抽风口通过管道4与抽风机3相连接。
在包装过程中，化工产品会由于自身重力从喂料仓到出料口一步步落下，这样会产生大量的飞尘。这些化工产品的飞尘一方面会带有刺激性的气味，另一方面飞尘达到一定浓度会产生严重的安全隐患。所以，在包装的过程中抽风机3通过管道4将称料仓2内的气体抽出，这样会形成负压，飞尘也会一并排出。有效的减少了飞尘，优化了包装车间的工作环境，使车间的安全性得到提高。

1.一种重力式包装机的除尘装置，包括喂料仓、称料仓和出料口，所述喂料仓通过喂料阀门与下端称料仓相连接，所述称料仓通过出料阀门与下端出料口相连接，其特征在于：所述称料仓的仓壁上开有抽风口，所述抽风口通过管道与抽风机相连接。
