背景技术
在模具冲压生产中,经常会碰到需要冲很多小孔的产品,而在冲压这类产品时,会产生许多小的废料,而废料弹到刀口上面,则会造成产品的压伤,而且由于孔很多,会一个接一个的往外跑,不能彻底清理掉,使产品的成品率低下。

为了克服上述缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种注塑螺母。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种废料回收系统,包括模具底座,所述模具底座内部设有小孔,所述模具底座下方设有漏斗,所述漏斗下方设有吸尘器,所述吸尘器与漏斗通过管道相连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:在模具冲压前,先启动吸尘器,然后开始冲压,由于在模具底座上设有小孔,冲压后多余的废料将直接被冲头带入小孔中,这时,由于吸尘器通过管道对漏斗产生吸力,直接将废料从小孔中吸出,防止了废料被冲头带出弹到刀口上,并且直接将废料从小孔中去除,防止了废料堵塞模具影响正常生产,方便快捷。
