本实用新型涉及一种阀门,特别涉及一种紧急切断阀。 
背景技术
在石油化工生产装置中,当某处发生故障或报警,某个参数(如温度、压力、液位、流量)发生异常时,需使用阀门紧急切断输送流体,来保证人员和装置的安全。紧急切断阀的主要阀门有闸阀、截止阀和球阀。传统的紧急切断闸阀采用楔型闸板靠挤压变形而达到密封效果,开关推动力矩大,阀板面磨损严重,需要定期更换阀座和阀板,开启状态阀板受到冲击震动严重。在制造上要求闸板与阀体的密封面配合角度误差要求严格。传统的紧急切断截止阀密封可靠,但大口径的紧急切断截止阀开启力矩大,容易泄漏且成本较高。传统的紧急切断球阀密封可靠、开关速度快,但成本高。因此,需寻求一种密封可靠、开关速度快、成本低的新型阀门来满足紧急切断要求。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种结构简单,紧急切断能力佳的紧急切断阀。 
为了解决以上的技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种紧急切断阀,阀体上焊接固定有阀座,阀体与阀盖螺接紧固,阀体内腔内设有闸板组件,闸板组件的楔形块与阀杆采用T型槽或螺纹连接,阀杆与紧急切断执行机构连接,紧急切断执行机构安装在支架上,紧急切断执行机构受电磁阀控制,紧急切断执行机构向下作用推动阀杆、闸板组件向下实现紧急切断。 
所述闸板组件包括平行阀板、压板和楔形块,平行阀板的尾部小圆台与楔形块孔配合,楔形块与压板通过楔形角配合。 
所述阀体内腔中设有防止平行阀板脱落的导向板。所述阀体内腔底部设有用于阀门限位的凸台。 
所述阀盖上设有填料函部位,填料通过填料压套、填料压板、填料压紧螺柱和填料压紧螺母压紧。在填料压紧螺柱和填料压紧螺母之间设置碟形弹簧预紧,在阀门温度和应力交变中,使填料的预紧力得到连续性补偿,杜绝从阀杆处泄漏。 
紧急切断执行机构采用气动执行机构,以实现紧急切断功能。同时,紧急切断执行机构配备电磁阀作为控制气动执行机构上下部分的进气,排气的切换元件远距离控制。 
本实用新型紧急切断阀的动作原理为:紧急切断阀关闭时,紧急切断执行机构向下作用力通过阀杆作用于楔型块,楔形块将紧急切断执行机构向下作用力转换成水平方向作用力,通过压板作用,水平方向作用力分别将二个平行阀板紧压住阀座,实现以金属强制密封方式将流体完全阻断。 
本实用新型的优越功效在于: 
1)紧急切断执行机构向下作用力通过阀杆作用于楔型块,楔形块将紧急切断执行机构向下作用力转换成水平方向作用力,通过压板作用,水平方向作用力分别将二个平行阀板紧压住阀座,实现以金属强制密封方式将流体完全阻断;
2)紧急切断执行机构采用气动执行机构,以实现紧急切断功能;
3)在填料压紧螺柱和填料压紧螺母之间设置碟形弹簧预紧,在阀门温度和应力交变中,使填料的预紧力得到连续性补偿,杜绝从阀杆处泄漏;
3)结构简单,成本低。

如图1所示,本实用新型提供了一种紧急切断阀,阀体1上焊接固定有阀座2,阀座2表面硬化处理;阀体1与阀盖10通过中法兰螺母7和中法兰螺柱8锁紧连接,锁紧连接处设置缠绕垫片9无外泄漏;阀体1内腔内设有闸板组件,闸板组件的楔形块5与阀杆6采用T型槽或螺纹连接,阀杆6与紧急切断执行机构18连接,紧急切断执行机构18安装在支架17上,紧急切断执行机构1/受电磁阀控制,紧急切断执行机构18向下作用推动阀杆6、闸板组件向下实现紧急切断。 
所述闸板组件包括两个平行阀板3、两个压板4和楔形块5,平行阀板3的尾部小圆台与楔形块孔5配合,两个平行阀板3可在圆周方向上转动,磨损均匀,使用寿命长。楔形块5与压板4通过楔形角配合,配合处表面硬化处理提高耐磨性能。 
所述阀体1内腔中设有防止平行阀板3脱落的导向板。所述阀体1内腔底部设有用于阀门限位的凸台。 
所述阀盖10上设有填料函部位,内装填料11,填料11通过填料压套12、填料压板13、填料压紧螺柱14和填料压紧螺母16压紧。在填料压紧螺柱14和填料压紧螺母16之间设置碟形弹簧15预紧,在阀门温度和应力交变中,使填料11的预紧力得到连续性补偿,杜绝从阀杆6处泄漏。 
紧急切断执行机构18采用气动执行机构,以实现紧急切断功能。同时,紧急切断执行机构18配备电磁阀作为控制气动执行机构上下部分的进气,排气的切换元件远距离控制。 
本实用新型紧急切断阀的动作原理为:紧急切断阀关闭时,紧急切断执行机构向下作用力通过阀杆6作用于楔型块5,楔形块5将紧急切断执行机构18向下作用力转换成水平方向作用力,通过压板4作用,水平方向作用力分别将二个平行阀板3紧压住阀座2,实现以金属强制密封方式将流体完全阻断。

1.一种紧急切断阀,其特征在于:阀体上焊接固定有阀座,阀体与阀盖螺接紧固,阀体内腔内设有闸板组件,闸板组件的楔形块与阀杆连接,阀杆与紧急切断执行机构连接,紧急切断执行机构安装在支架上,紧急切断执行机构受电磁阀控制,紧急切断执行机构向下作用推动阀杆、闸板组件向下实现紧急切断。
2.根据权利要求1所述的紧急切断阀,其特征在于:所述闸板组件包括平行阀板、压板和楔形块,平行阀板的尾部小圆台与楔形块孔配合,楔形块与压板通过楔形角配合。
