本实用新型涉及锅炉除尘技术领域，具体为一种下引式气力输灰仓泵气化装置。
背景技术
动力车间锅炉的电除尘及布袋除尘仓泵加压管与仓泵体通常为直接焊接，中间设有一针孔连通；干灰在进入仓泵时通过针孔反向流入加压管，加压输送时干灰又被空气从加压管带入仓泵，长此以往造成加压管及仓泵针孔周围内部严重磨损，甚至磨透影响运行，而且加压管与仓泵为焊接形式，检修也很不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术的存在缺陷，提供一种结构简单、检修方便、使用寿命长的下引式气力输灰仓泵气化装置。
其技术方案是：包括仓泵体下部设有进气加压管，且进气加压管与仓泵体连接处设有流化盘。
所述的流化盘与进气加压管、仓泵体之间均采用法兰连接。
本实用新型用流化盘将进气加压管和仓泵内干灰隔开，保证良好的透气性，又能保证干灰不能反向进入进气加压管，大大延长了进气加压管和仓泵的使用寿命；流化盘与进气加压管、仓泵体之间均采用法兰连接，方便检修。

参见图1，一种下引式气力输灰仓泵气化装置，仓泵体1底部设有出料管2，进气加压管3通过法兰4连接流化盘5，然后连接在仓泵体1的下部。由于用流化盘5将进气加压管3和仓泵内干灰隔开，保证良好的透气性，又能保证干灰不能反向进入进气加压管3，大大延长了进气加压管3和仓泵的使用寿命；流化盘5与进气加压管3、仓泵体1之间均采用法兰连接，方便检修。

1.一种下引式气力输灰仓泵气化装置，包括仓泵体，其下部设有进气加压管，其特征在于：所述的进气加压管与仓泵体连接处设有流化盘。
