本实用新型涉及一种具有消炎功效的聚乳酸膜。
背景技术
术后粘连是一种非常普遍的手术后并发症,理想的防粘连膜应具备良好的生物相容性、自动粘附性、可降解吸收性、足够的体内存留时间、促进伤口愈合、消炎等特性。
目前市场所售聚乳酸防粘连膜,主要成分为聚乳酸及其共聚物,用于手术部位可以满足临床对预防组织粘连的要求,但无法起到消炎、抑菌、止血,甚至促进伤口愈合的作用。
壳聚糖是甲壳素脱乙酰后的一系列产物,是地球上仅次于纤维素的第二大类多糖,此粘多糖具有独特的分子结构特征、化学性质、生物相容性、生物可降解性等,降解产物为对人体无毒的N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖和氨基葡萄糖,且降解过程中产生的中间产物在体内不累积,具有消炎、抑制粘连、抗菌、止血、促进伤口愈合等作用,是一种很好的生物活性材料。
静电纺丝技术通过静电力作为牵引力来制备超细纤维。在静电纺丝工艺过程中,将聚合物溶液加上几千至几万伏的高压静电,从而在毛细管和接地的接受装置间产生一个强大的电场力。当电场力施加于液体表面时,将在表面产生电流,当射流从毛细管末端向接受装置运动的时候,都会出现加速现象,这也导致了射流在电场中的拉伸,最终在接收装置上形成无纺布状的纳米纤维。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理,性能好的具有消炎功效的聚乳酸膜。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
一种具有消炎功效的聚乳酸膜,其特征是:包括聚乳酸膜层,在聚乳酸膜层表面设置具有消炎、止血、杀菌、促进创面愈合、调节细胞生长功能的另一膜层。
所述另一膜层为壳聚糖膜层或壳聚糖衍生物膜层。
聚乳酸膜层的厚度为0.005-0.35 mm。
另一膜层的厚度为0.005-0.15 mm。
本实用新型结构合理,不但具有防粘连作用,而且具有消炎、、止血、杀菌、促进创面愈合、调节细胞生长功效。

具体实施方式
一种具有消炎功效的聚乳酸膜,包括聚乳酸膜层1,在聚乳酸膜层表面设置具有消炎、止血、杀菌、促进创面愈合、调节细胞生长功能的另一膜层2。
所述另一膜层为壳聚糖膜层或壳聚糖衍生物膜层。
聚乳酸膜层的厚度为0.005-0.35 mm。
另一膜层的厚度为0.005-0.15 mm。

1.一种具有消炎功效的聚乳酸膜,其特征是:包括聚乳酸膜层,在聚乳酸膜层表面设置具有消炎、止血、杀菌、促进创面愈合、调节细胞生长功能的另一膜层;聚乳酸膜层的厚度为0.005-0.35 mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有消炎功效的聚乳酸膜,其特征是:所述另一膜层为壳聚糖膜层或壳聚糖衍生物膜层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有消炎功效的聚乳酸膜,其特征是:另一膜层的厚度为0.005-0.15 mm。
