本实用新型涉及电解槽用焙烧炉,具体为一种连续阳极铸型焙烧炉,解决了电炉丝加热焙烧时,炉丝易烧断造成更换困难、焙烧质量差且污染环境的问题。连续阳极铸型焙烧炉,包括焙烧炉体,焙烧炉体的炉膛上方设置有上下分布的阳极和阳极托盘,阳极上方及四周对应设置有烟气净化罩及阳极框架,焙烧炉体的炉膛内部设置有若干根硅碳棒和若干个支墩。本实用新型结构设计合理可靠,避免了电炉丝易烧断、加热不稳定造成阳极焙烧质量差、操作复杂的问题,既缩短了焙烧时间、降低了能源消耗,同时焙烧过程中产生的沥青烟气吸收后实现达标排放的目的,具有结构简单、维修方便且成本低的优点。

本实用新型涉及电解槽用焙烧炉,具体为一种连续阳极铸型焙烧炉。
背景技术
连续阳极是利用铝电解槽自身热量使阳极糊中的沥青热解、焦化后与骨料碳粒形成致密的固体阳极电极。连续阳极安装到电解槽前需要将阳极铸型焙烧成型,并钉入阳极导电棒。以前普遍采用的焙烧方式是电炉丝加热,由于连续焙烧温度较高,时间较长,电炉丝经常烧断,更换十分困难,断电时间过长又会影响阳极的焙烧质量;同时焙烧时没有烟气净化装置,有害气体直接排入大气中造成环境污染。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决电炉丝加热焙烧时,炉丝易烧断造成更换困难、焙烧质量差且污染环境的问题,提供了一种连续阳极铸型焙烧炉。
本实用新型是采用如下技术方案实现的:连续阳极铸型焙烧炉,包括焙烧炉体,焙烧炉体的炉膛上方设置有上下分布的阳极和阳极托盘,阳极上方及四周对应设置有烟气净化罩及阳极框架,焙烧炉体的炉膛内部设置有若干根硅碳棒和若干个支墩。
作业时,采用一种新型结构的连续阳极焙烧炉,克服了电炉丝加热焙烧时,炉丝易烧断造成更换困难、焙烧质量差且污染环境的问题。
本实用新型结构设计合理可靠,避免了电炉丝易烧断、加热不稳定造成阳极焙烧质量差、操作复杂的问题,既缩短了焙烧时间、降低了能源消耗,同时焙烧过程中产生的沥青烟气吸收后实现达标排放的目的,具有结构简单、维修方便且成本低的优点。

具体实施方式
连续阳极铸型焙烧炉,包括焙烧炉体1,焙烧炉体1的炉膛上方设置有上下分布的阳极2和阳极托盘3,阳极2上方及四周对应设置有烟气净化罩4及阳极框架5,焙烧炉体1的炉膛内部设置有若干根硅碳棒6和若干个支墩7。
具体实施过程中,焙烧炉体1采用保温耐火材料砌筑,支墩7由耐高温、绝缘、高强度的耐火材料做成;炉膛与阳极2之间的四周盖有保温板。
阳极框架5与阳极托盘3之间设置有四个支撑腿;阳极2的底部和四周侧部由铝板或铝箔包裹,以防止沥青油溢出。

1.一种连续阳极铸型焙烧炉,其特征在于:包括焙烧炉体(1),焙烧炉体(1)的炉膛上方设置有上下分布的阳极(2)和阳极托盘(3),阳极(2)上方及四周对应设置有烟气净化罩(4)及阳极框架(5),焙烧炉体(1)的炉膛内部设置有若干根硅碳棒(6)和若干个支墩(7)。
