背景技术
很多电子产品都有电子引脚PIN针，目前将引脚PIN针与电子产品连接和封装时需要将引脚放置到模腔内，然后进行连接和封装，由于引脚PIN针很细手工操作时操作非常不便，效率低下，且不能保证放置的准确性，从而影响产品的成品率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可快速放置电子嵌件的活动镶件，可将引脚等嵌件放置到专用的活动镶件上，活动镶件便于PIN针等嵌件的安放，再将活动镶件安装在固定座，采用多个的活动镶件轮流作业，提高PIN针的放置速度，缩短生产周期。
为实现上述目的采用以下技术方案：
可快速放置电子嵌件的活动镶件，其特征在于：它包括固定座和活动镶件，在所述的固定座上设有T形槽，在所述的活动镶件上设有与T形槽相配合的T形滑块，在所述的活动镶件上还设有嵌件的固定件。
本实用新型设置专门用于固定PIN针等嵌件的固定件，并将固定件安装在活动镶件上，再通过活动镶件固定在固定座的方式来替代现有将PIN针等嵌件放置模具模腔内的工作，采用这种结构首先便于放置PIN针等嵌件，然后通过多个活动镶件替换可提高PIN针的放置速度，缩短生产周期。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示，一种可快速放置电子嵌件的活动镶件，它包括固定座1和活动镶件2，在所述的固定座1上设有T形槽11，在所述的活动镶件2设有与T形槽11相配合的T形滑块21，在所述的活动镶件2上还设有嵌件的固定件3，固定件3针对不同的嵌件可实行更换。
本实用新型使用时先将PIN针等嵌件放置固定件3上，然后将固定件3插装到活动镶件2上，再将活动镶件2安装到固定座1，此时嵌件刚好处于模腔内，待完成注模成型后，再将活动镶块2从固定座1上取出，然后再取下固定件3，最后才取出成型的产品即可；在上述的嵌件在注模成型的等待的过程中，作业工人可将嵌件安放置另一组成的固定件3上，然后也插装到另外的活动镶件2上，待之前的活动镶件2从固定座取出时，就可马上将安装好的活动镶件2的安装到固定座2上，这样省去放置嵌件的等待时间；本实用新型的活动镶件更便于PIN针的安放，提高PIN针的放置速度，多块活动镶件2替换使用可缩短生产周期。
