背景技术
电容式触摸屏绑定软性线路板是电容式触摸屏中非常重要的部件,通过绑定软性线路板实现触摸屏与控制主板的连接。现在的工艺流程是:将软性线路板放在安装有对应的外形定位治具(安装在软性线路板绑定机)上,并且采用真空吸附,实现定位。这种电容式触摸屏+软性线路板电容绑定的工艺流程,在触摸屏绑定软性线路板时,往往是通过软性线路板外形定位+真空吸附进行固定定位,由于其外形的偏差、材料较软的特点,会导致定位偏差大而影响绑定精度差,最终影响触摸屏的品质。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,采用定位针套孔的原理,在软性线路板上设计二个直径合适的定位孔,并在软性线路板制造时完成定位孔的加工,根据软性线路上的定位孔规格,设计一配套定位孔的定位针定位治具(安装在软性线路板绑定机上)。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案解决上述技术问题的,电容屏绑定软性线路板定位治具,治具基板设置有腰形槽和凹槽,治具基板的下方通过腰形槽内的螺钉与绑定机基板固定连接,凹槽的外形与软性线路板相配其一端设有定位针,定位针与软性线路板定位孔相配。
本实用新型的优点在于,电容屏绑定软性线路板定位治具操作方便,定位准确,绑定精度高,有效保证触摸屏的品质。

以下结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明,参见图1至图2,电容屏绑定软性线路板定位治具,治具基板1设置有腰形槽2和凹槽6,治具基板1的下方通过腰形槽2内的螺钉3与绑定机基板5固定连接,凹槽6的外形与软性线路板相配其一端设有定位针4,定位针4与软性线路板定位孔相配。
实施例:本实用新型的一个较佳实施方式是,治具基板1设置有二个腰形槽2,二腰形槽2的一侧中间位置加工有一凹槽6,治具基板1的下方通过腰形槽2内的螺钉3与绑定机基板5固定连接,凹槽6的外形与软性线路板相配其一端设有二个定位针4,二定位针4与软性线路板上设有的定位孔相配。将治具基板1和绑定机基板5通过螺钉3使治具基板1固定在软性线路板机上,并可通过腰形槽2进行治具基板1与绑定机基板5位置的调节。
使用时,将治具基板1和绑定机基板5通过联接螺丝3使绑定定位治具基板1固定在软性线路板机上。软性线路板的定位孔套在定位针4上,即完成绑定定位固定,启动设备进行绑定,绑定完成后,将绑定好软性线路板的触摸屏取出,完成触摸屏绑定软性线路的作业。
