速卸LED显示模组
技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种LED显示模组,尤其涉及一种速卸LED显示模组。
背景技术:
现有的大型led显示屏是将若干个led显示模组分别固定在显示屏的整体框架上来实现的,通常led显示模组通过螺钉或其它连接件固定在显示屏的整体框架上;在安装时,要一名安装人员在显示屏整体框架前部将led显示模组固定按在显示屏整体框架上,另一名安装人员从显示屏整体框架的后部通过螺钉或其它连接件将led显示模组固定在显示屏整体框架上;在后期维护时,要一名安装人员在显示屏整体框架前部将故障的led显示模组扶稳,另一名安装人员从显示屏整体框架的后部将固定故障的led显示模组的螺钉或其它连接件分别依次卸下,才可以将故障的led显示模组从显示屏的整体框架上拆下进行维修;至少需要两名以上的安装人员才能进行安装和维护操作,操作十分不便,工作效率低,人工成本高;这种拆卸模式需要在显示屏的整体框架的后部预留出操作工位,增加了显示屏整体框架的整体厚度,增加了制造成本。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种采用前维护,安装及维护操作方便,维护工作效率高,减少显示屏整体厚度,降低成本的速卸LED显示模组。
本实用新型由如下技术方案实施:速卸LED显示模组,其包括面罩、底壳和LED显示灯板,在所述底壳的正面固定安装有所述面罩,所述LED显示灯板安装在所述底壳和所述面罩之间,在所述底壳的四个边角上分别设有转舌锁,每个所述转舌锁的锁舌置于所述底壳的背面,所述转舌锁的锁孔置于所述面罩上。
在所述锁舌的顶端设有凸起。
本实用新型的优点:安装及操作采用前维护,操作方便,工作效率高,降低人工成本;减少显示屏整体厚度,节约材料,降低显示屏制造成本。

具体实施方式:如图1至图3所示,速卸LED显示模组,其包括面罩1、底壳2和LED显示灯板3,在底壳1的正面固定安装有面罩2,LED显示灯板3安装在底壳1和面罩2之间;在底壳2的四个边角上分别设有转舌锁4,每个转舌锁4的锁舌5置于底壳2的背面,在锁舌4的顶端设有凸起6。转舌锁4的锁孔7置于面罩1上。
如图4所示,安装时,只需一名安装人员在框架8前方将速卸LED显示模组放置在框架8上,依次旋转四个转舌锁4,使锁舌4旋转卡固在框架8上,锁舌4上的凸起6使速卸LED显示模组与框架卡接的更牢固;维护时,只需一名安装人员在框架8前方,依次旋转四个转舌锁4,将故障的速卸LED显示模组从框架8上拆下进行维修;安装和维护操作实现前维护,操作方便,工作效率高,降低人工成本。

1.速卸LED显示模组,其包括面罩、底壳和LED显示灯板,在所述底壳的正面固定安装有所述面罩,所述LED显示灯板安装在所述底壳和所述面罩之间,其特征在于,在所述底壳的四个边角上分别设有转舌锁,每个所述转舌锁的锁舌置于所述底壳的背面,所述转舌锁的锁孔置于所述面罩上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种速卸LED显示模组,其特征在于,在所述锁舌的顶端设有凸起。
