速卸LED显示模组
技术领域：
本发明涉及一种LED显示模组，尤其涉及一种速卸LED显示模组。
背景技术：
现有的大型led显示屏是将若干个led显示模组分别固定在显示屏的整体框架上来实现的，通常led显示模组通过螺钉或其它连接件固定在显示屏的整体框架上；在安装时，要一名安装人员在显示屏整体框架前部将l ed显示模组固定按在显示屏整体框架上，另一名安装人员从显示屏整体框架的后部通过螺钉或其它连接件将led显示模组固定在显示屏整体框架上；在后期维护时，要一名安装人员在显示屏整体框架前部将故障的l ed显示模组扶稳，另一名安装人员从显示屏整体框架的后部将固定故障的led显示模组的螺钉或其它连接件分别依次卸下，才可以将故障的led显示模组从显示屏的整体框架上拆下进行维修；至少需要两名以上的安装人员才能进行安装和维护操作，操作十分不便，工作效率低，人工成本高；这种拆卸模式需要在显示屏的整体框架的后部预留出操作工位，增加了显示屏整体框架的整体厚度，增加了制造成本。
发明内容：
本发明的目的在于提供一种采用前维护，安装及维护操作方便，维护工作效率高，减少显示屏整体厚度，降低成本的速卸LED显示模组。
本发明由如下技术方案实施：速卸LED显示模组，其包括面罩、底壳和LED显示灯板，在所述底壳的正面固定安装有所述面罩，所述LED显示灯板安装在所述底壳和所述面罩之间，在所述底壳的四个边角上分别设有转舌锁，每个所述转舌锁的锁舌置于所述底壳的背面，所述转舌锁的锁孔置于所述面罩上。
在所述锁舌的顶端设有凸起。
本发明的优点：安装及操作采用前维护，操作方便，工作效率高，降低人工成本；减少显示屏整体厚度，节约材料，降低显示屏制造成本。

具体实施方式：如图1至图3所示，速卸LED显示模组，其包括面罩1、底壳2和LED显示灯板3，在底壳1的正面固定安装有面罩2，LED显示灯板3安装在底壳1和面罩2之间；在底壳2的四个边角上分别设有转舌锁4，每个转舌锁4的锁舌5置于底壳2的背面，在锁舌4的顶端设有凸起6。转舌锁4的锁孔7置于面罩1上。
如图4所示，安装时，只需一名安装人员在框架8前方将速卸LED显示模组放置在框架8上，依次旋转四个转舌锁4，使锁舌4旋转卡固在框架8上，锁舌4上的凸起6使速卸LED显示模组与框架卡接的更牢固；维护时，只需一名安装人员在框架8前方，依次旋转四个转舌锁4，将故障的速卸LED显示模组从框架8上拆下进行维修；安装和维护操作实现前维护，操作方便，工作效率高，降低人工成本。

1.速卸LED显示模组，其包括面罩、底壳和LED显示灯板，在所述底壳的正面固定安装有所述面罩，所述LED显示灯板安装在所述底壳和所述面罩之间，其特征在于，在所述底壳的四个边角上分别设有转舌锁，每个所述转舌锁的锁舌置于所述底壳的背面，所述转舌锁的锁孔置于所述面罩上，在所述锁舌的顶端设有凸起。
