本实用新型提供一种小间距LED显示屏吊装装置，本小间距LED显示屏吊装装置在模组固定架背面的四周设置磁性螺钉。磁性螺钉通过螺纹与模组固定架连接，依靠磁性吸力将模组固定架固定在钢梁上。简化了模组固定架与钢梁的固定结构，可以从正面将模组固定架与钢梁脱离，缩小了模组固定架的厚度。同时，磁性螺钉的设置使维修和调整显示屏的平整度都很容易，大大降低了硬件和维修成本。

本实用新型涉及一种小间距LED显示屏吊装装置。
背景技术
目前，在很多场合安装LED显示屏时都采用吊装方式，即所谓的天幕式安装。而LED显示屏又分为大间距和小间距两种，大间距LED显示屏是指模组像素点之间的距离大于或等于10mm的LED显示屏，相反小间距LED显示屏是指模组像素点之间的距离小于10mm的LED显示屏，而这个间距一般只有2mm至3mm。两种显示屏的模组固定架都采用箱体式结构，大间距LED显示屏用螺钉从箱体正面与吊装钢梁进行连接固定，但小间距LED显示屏由于模组像素点间距小的原因无法从箱体正面使用螺钉与钢梁固定，只能采取后固定方式，即螺钉从模组固定架背面穿过，与LED模组固定连接，再将箱体式模组固定架与钢梁固定。维修时将箱体式模组固定架从钢梁上拆下，才能将LED模组固定螺钉卸掉。这就需要增加箱体式模组固定架的厚度，给固定结构和维修需要留出充裕的空间。增加了模组固定架的重量，安装拼接及调整比较困难；由于是后固定安装方式，局限了安装环境的选择范围，同时要求固定使用的螺钉数量多，调节繁琐，成本也很高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种小间距LED显示屏吊装装置，该小间距LED显示屏吊装装置可以从正面将模组固定架与钢梁脱离，缩小了模组固定架的厚度，使维修和调整都很容易。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是：本小间距LED显示屏吊装装置包括钢梁和模组固定架，在所述模组固定架背面的四周还设置有磁性螺钉。磁性螺钉通过螺纹与模组固定架连接，依靠磁性吸力将模组固定架固定在钢梁上。
为防止因为磁性螺钉的磁性消失造成模组固定架脱落，还包括弹性装置，所述弹性装置连接所述主钢梁和所述模组固定架。最简单的方式是，所述弹性装置为弹簧绳。
模组固定架背面还设置有加强筋，可防止模组固定架弯曲变形。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本小间距LED显示屏吊装装置的模组固定架与钢梁之间没有硬性连接结构，可以从正面将模组固定架与钢梁脱离，简化了模组固定架与钢梁的固定结构，缩小了模组固定架的厚度。同时，磁性螺钉的设置使维修和调整显示屏的平整度都很容易，大大降低了硬件和维修成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，LED模组5通过模组固定钉6安装于模组固定架2的正面，模组固定架2背面设置的若干个磁性螺钉3将模组固定架2吸附在钢梁1上，磁性螺钉3的螺纹与模组固定架2连接，钉帽吸附在钢梁1上。通过旋转磁性螺钉3，可以调整模组固定架2与钢梁1之间的距离，从而调整整个显示屏的平整度。模组固定架2与钢梁1之间靠磁性吸力连接，没有硬性连接结构，所以模组固定架2可以很容易地从钢梁1上拆下。而且使用磁力固定连接比其他硬性连接方式所占空间小很多，整个固定装置的厚度降低。
弹性装置4连接钢梁1和模组固定架2，即使磁性螺钉3的磁性消失，也能保证模组固定架2不会从钢梁1上脱落。当需要将模组固定架2从钢梁1上取下维修时，弹性装置4良好的伸缩性又可以为操作者提供足够的空间。如图2所示，是弹性装置4一种最为简单的实施方式，弹簧绳绕过钢梁，两端分别固定在相邻的两个模组固定架2上。
由于模组固定架2厚度减小，面积没变，所以在模组固定架2背面设置加强筋7，可以有效防止模组固定架2在LED模组5和自身重量的作用下弯曲变形，尤其是中间部分。

1.小间距LED显示屏吊装装置，包括钢梁(1)和模组固定架(2)，其特征在于：在所述模组固定架(2)背面的四周还设置有磁性螺钉(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的小间距LED显示屏吊装装置，其特征在于：还包括弹性装置(4)，所述弹性装置(4)连接所述主钢梁(1)和所述模组固定架(2)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的小间距LED显示屏吊装装置，其特征在于：所述弹性装置(4)为弹簧绳。
4.根据权利要求1所述的小间距LED显示屏吊装装置，其特征在于：所述模组固定架(2)背面还设置有加强筋(7)。
