本实用新型涉及一种电池托架式安装结构的风光互补路灯系统的光伏板,用于安装太阳能光伏板和电池,属于风能和光能互补的路灯制造领域。
背景技术
风能和光能互补系统是目前路灯上先进的电源系统,可以节约大量的能源,减少环境污染。现有的风光互补路灯系统中,太阳能光伏板和电池分开安装,电池是埋在地下,其缺点是:安装成本高,占用空间多。而且至少需要两个人同时安装,操作麻烦,费时。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种安装维修方便、节省成本、占用空间小的电池托架式安装结构的风光互补路灯系统的光伏板。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是:一种电池托架式安装结构的风光互补路灯系统的光伏板,包括灯杆,灯杆上固定有支撑架,支撑架上通过连接件固定有太阳能板框架,灯杆上通过抱箍或美式喉箍固定有电池盒支架,电池盒支架上安装有电池盒。
采用上述技术方案后,利用太阳能板背面铝框上四个孔与太阳能板框架固定;电池放入电池盒内,再与电池盒支架连接,用美式喉箍或抱箍将电池盒支架固定在灯杆上。这样就能保证安装牢固,且一个人就可以安装,同时拆卸也十分方便,降低了安装成本,维修也很方便。此外,无需将锂电池埋在地下,占用的空间小。

如图1~4所示,一种电池托架式安装结构的风光互补路灯系统的光伏板,包括灯杆1,灯杆1上固定有支撑架2,支撑架2上通过连接件3固定有太阳能板框架4,灯杆1上通过抱箍或美式喉箍7固定有电池盒支架5,电池盒支架5上安装有电池盒6。
本实用新型的工作原理如下:
利用太阳能板背面铝框上四个孔与太阳能板框架4固定;电池放入电池盒6内,再与电池盒支架5连接,用美式喉箍或抱箍7将电池盒5支架固定在灯杆1上。这样就能保证安装牢固。
