本实用新型属于制氩空分设备技术领域,涉及一种氩气的净化提纯设备,包括生产液氧、液氮的空分设备,从空分设备的上塔中下部抽取氩馏份通过导管送入粗氩塔精馏,在粗氩塔的塔顶得到粗氩气通过导管送入精氩塔精馏除氮,在精氩塔的塔底得到精液氩产品,精液氩产品经粗氩冷凝器、精氩冷凝器、过冷器、精氩蒸发器后得≤2PPmO2、≤3PPmN2的液氩出冷箱送入液氩贮罐,优点是:本实用新型采用深冷法,将现有生产液氧、液氮的空分设备改造成同时可生产液氧、液氮、液氩的空分设备,其设备简单,安全可靠,工艺流程简单,操作方便,适用范围广,处理能力大,氩提取率比传统制氩工艺提高约30%。

技术领域
本实用新型属于制氩空分设备技术领域,特指一种氩气的净化提纯设备。
背景技术
目前,氩气在各大产业中的用量逐渐增多,然而,现有生产液氧、液氮的空分设备缺乏竞争力,而且无法满足市场需求,在现有生产液氧、液氮的空分设备的基础上增设提取氩气工艺,可满足市场发展需求,实现有效利用能源、提高设备利用率、降低能耗、缩减成本。
该设备利用DCS自动化控制系统,对设备的运行状态进行全程监控及中控调节,实现自动化管理,降低管理成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种氩气的净化提纯设备。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
一种氩气的净化提纯设备,包括生产液氧、液氮的空分设备,从空分设备的上塔中下部抽取氩馏份通过导管送入粗氩塔精馏,在粗氩塔的塔顶得到粗氩气通过导管送入精氩塔精馏除氮,在精氩塔的塔底得到精液氩产品,精液氩产品经粗氩冷凝器、精氩冷凝器、过冷器、精氩蒸发器后得≤2PPmO2、≤3PPmN2的液氩出冷箱送入液氩贮罐。
上述的粗氩塔采用筛板塔。
上述的精氩塔则采用填料塔。
本实用新型相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是:
1、本实用新型采用深冷法,在原有生产液氧、液氮的空分设备基础上,增加一套塔器,实现提取氩气的方法。其工艺流程简单、适用范围广、处理能力大等特点。
2、本实用新型的氩提取率比传统制氩工艺提高约30%,同时具有设备简单,安全可靠,操作方便。
3、本实用新型适用于将现有生产液氧、液氮的空分设备改造成同时可生产液氧、液氮、液氩的空分设备。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以具体实例对本实用新型作进一步描述,参见图1—2:一种氩气的净化提纯设备,包括生产液氧、液氮的空分设备1,从空分设备1的上塔5中下部抽取氩馏份通过导管2送入粗氩塔6精馏,在粗氩塔6的塔顶得到粗氩气通过导管2送入精氩塔9精馏除氮,在精氩塔9的塔底得到精液氩产品,精液氩产品经粗氩冷凝器7、精氩冷凝器8、过冷器13、精氩蒸发器10后得到≤2PPmO2、≤3PPmN2的液氩出冷箱3送入液氩贮罐4。
上述的粗氩塔6采用筛板塔。
上述的精氩塔9则采用填料塔。
上述实施例仅为本实用新型的较佳实例,并非依此限制本实用新型的保护范围,故:凡依本实用新型的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种氩气的净化提纯设备,包括生产液氧、液氮的空分设备,其特征在于:从空分设备的上塔中下部抽取氩馏份通过导管送入粗氩塔精馏,在粗氩塔的塔顶得到粗氩气通过导管送入精氩塔精馏除氮,在精氩塔的塔底得到精液氩产品,精液氩产品经粗氩冷凝器、精氩冷凝器、过冷器、精氩蒸发器后得≤2PPmO2、≤3PPmN2的液氩出冷箱送入液氩贮罐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种氩气的净化提纯设备,其特征在于:所述的粗氩塔采用筛板塔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种氩气的净化提纯设备,其特征在于:所述的精氩塔则采用填料塔。
