Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种圆柱滚子轴承,由内滚道、外滚道、圆柱滚子和保持架组成,保持架为空心圆柱体,且空心圆柱体中心空心为圆形;保持架外壁加工有环形凹槽,且环形凹槽底部加工有矩形通孔;矩形通孔长度与圆柱滚子长度相同,宽度与圆柱滚子直径相同;矩形通孔数量与圆柱滚子数量相同;对常规的保持架做了改进,由原先的两体式变为一体式,将两体架改为无铆钉式一体架结构,便于抗冲击,这样能使轴承运转的更加平稳。

背景技术
结合冶金矿山主机用户对轴承使用寿命的要求,矿山机械振动较大,常规圆柱轴承结构(分座与盖,并带铆钉的),工作时常常发生铆钉松动、断裂等现象,需要研制出能够在使用过程中,具有较大额定载荷,较小噪声和较长使用寿命的一种圆柱滚子轴承。 
发明内容
本实用新型针对以上问题上述技术方案的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种具有较大额定载荷,较小噪声和较长使用寿命的一种圆柱滚子轴承。 
为达到以上目的,通过以下技术方案实现的: 
一种圆柱滚子轴承,由内滚道、外滚道、圆柱滚子和保持架组成,保持架为空心圆柱体,且空心圆柱体中心空心为圆形;保持架外壁加工有环形凹槽,且环形凹槽底部加工有矩形通孔;矩形通孔长度与圆柱滚子长度相同,宽度与圆柱滚子直径相同;矩形通孔数量与圆柱滚子数量相同; 
采用上述技术方案的本实用新型,对常规的保持架做了改进,由原先的两体式变为一体式,将两体架改为无铆钉式一体架结构,便于抗冲击,这样能使轴承运转的更加平稳。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示的一种圆柱滚子轴承,由内滚道1、外滚道2、圆柱滚子3和保持架4组成;保持架4为空心圆柱体,且空心圆柱体中心空心为圆形;保持架4外壁加工有环形凹槽5,且环形凹槽5底部加工有矩形通孔6如图3所示;矩形通孔6长度与圆柱滚子3长度相同,宽度与圆柱滚子3直径相同;矩形通孔6数量与圆柱滚子3数量相同;圆柱滚子3放置于于矩形通孔6内; 
采用上述结构的本实用新型将保持架4加工为一体式,进而将两体架改为无铆钉式一体架结构,便于抗冲击,这样能使轴承运转的更加平稳。
