本实用新型具体公开了一种耐磨损悬垂线夹。 
背景技术
悬垂线夹用于将导线固定在绝缘子串上或将避雷线悬挂在直线杆塔上,也可用于换位杆塔上支持换位导线,耐张、转角杆上固定跳线,对保证输电线路正常运转起重要作用。在一般情况下,悬垂线夹能够满足使用要求,不会发生磨损现象,然而对于多风、山地等微气候区域,导线受外在环境作用会发生振动,悬垂线夹也会随着发生运动,造成船体两侧挂轴和悬垂线夹挂板的相对运行,形成磨损,给输电线路的安全造成极大威胁,尤其是多风地段直线塔用于悬挂导、地线的悬垂线夹,磨损尤为严重。目前,常用的一种采用自润滑轴套减少磨损的悬垂线夹,但是该方法成本高,而且需解决轴承套检修问题,给线路维护增加了较高成本和工作量。 
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术存在问题,本实用新型提供了一种耐磨损悬垂线夹。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下: 
一种耐磨损悬垂线夹,包括挂板和挂轴,在挂板与挂轴的接触面处的挂板内表面和挂轴外表面至少有一个耐磨涂层,耐磨涂层的厚度在100微米到2000微米之间。 
所述的耐磨涂层为陶瓷涂层、金属陶瓷涂层或自熔合金涂层。 
所述的耐磨涂层仅挂板内表面设有。 
所述的耐磨涂层仅挂轴外表面设有。 
所述挂板内表面和挂轴外表面都设有耐磨涂层。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:在挂轴和挂板内孔具有耐磨损涂层的悬垂线夹,提高其耐磨损能力,保证悬垂线夹安全运行,促进输电线路技术发展。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3、4所示:一种耐磨损悬垂线夹,包括挂板1和挂轴1,在挂板1与挂轴2的接触面处,挂板1内表面和挂轴2外表面至少有一个耐磨涂层3,耐磨涂层3的厚度在100微米到2000微米之间,耐磨涂层3为陶瓷涂层、金属陶瓷涂层或自熔合金涂层。 
具体步骤:将悬垂线夹挂轴及挂板内孔采用喷砂进行粗化处理,之后利用酒精清洗表面,采用等离子喷涂技术制备涂层。喷涂粉末选择WC/Co,其中Co质量分数为12%,余量为WC。等离子喷涂主气为Ar,辅气为He,载气为Ar,电流900A,电压60V,送粉速率为1.5r/min,扫描速度为100mm/s,喷涂制备涂层厚度350微米,覆盖挂轴及内孔表面,所得涂层组织致密,孔隙率低。显微硬度测试结果表明,涂层平均显微硬度为816Hv,相比较基体硬度提高5倍,耐磨损性能得以明显提高,表明该悬垂线夹更适宜于磨损情况严重的线路。

1.一种耐磨损悬垂线夹,包括挂板和挂轴,其特征在于:在挂板与挂轴的接触面处,挂板内表面和挂轴外表面至少有一个耐磨涂层,耐磨涂层的厚度在100微米到2000微米之间。 
2.如权利要求1所述的一种耐磨损悬垂线夹,其特征在于:所述的耐磨涂层为陶瓷涂层、金属陶瓷涂层或自熔合金涂层。 
3.如权利要求1所述的一种耐磨损悬垂线夹,其特征在于:仅挂板内表面设有耐磨涂层。 
4.如权利要求1所述的一种耐磨损悬垂线夹,其特征在于:仅挂轴外表面设有耐磨涂层。 
5.如权利要求1所述的一种耐磨损悬垂线夹,其特征在于:挂板内表面和挂轴外表面都设有耐磨涂层。
