背景技术
当今市面上所有电池组上下盖均使用塑料件,当电池组发生异常时,会产生高温,热量聚集到一定高度时两端的塑料件开始熔化,燃烧的火焰和爆炸的电芯会飞出壳体外部造成伤人事件。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种防爆的安全电池壳。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种安全电池壳,其中包括:壳体,壳体的上端连接有上盖,壳体的下端连接有下盖,上盖上连接有提手,壳体内安装有电池组,其特点在于:所述壳体两端各安装有防爆挡板,防爆挡板位于壳体与上盖和下盖之间,防爆挡板连接有固定柱,固定柱两端连接有螺母,防爆挡板通过固定柱固定连接在壳体的两端。
根据所述的安全电池壳,其特点在于:所述壳体的材质为铝,防爆挡板的材质为不锈钢。

在本实施例中所述壳体6的材质为铝,防爆挡板5的材质为不锈钢。
