一种蓄电池防爆呼吸装置预警系统,其包括外壳,外壳内设有滤芯,滤芯上方设有活动触头,活动触头与报警器电连接,报警器与干电池电连接,干电池与金属滑片电连接,金属滑片设于活动触头一侧。本发明结构简单、紧凑,制造成本低;报警信号能提醒让用户及时检查蓄电池,及时更换滤芯,不仅增强了蓄电池使用的安全性,还有效延长了蓄电池的使用寿命,提高了蓄电池的防爆性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种预警系统,尤其是涉及一种蓄电池防爆呼吸装置预警系统。
背景技术
蓄电池在工作过程中存在气体交换,在气体交换的过程中,电池内部会有浊气排出,环境空气也会被吸入蓄电池。目前,由于蓄电池呼吸装置还很不完善,蓄电池内部污染气体直接排到大气中,污染了环境,同时,外界的粉尘往往也会随着空气进入蓄电池内部,影响电池的工作性能,能耗较高,缩短了电池的使用寿命,安全性能较低,报废率较高。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,本发明提供一种使用寿命长,安全性能高的蓄电池防爆呼吸装置预警系统。
本发明的技术方案是:其包括外壳,外壳内设有滤芯,滤芯上方设有活动触头,活动触头与报警器电连接,报警器与干电池电连接,干电池与金属滑片电连接,金属滑片设于活动触头一侧。
本发明可通过外壳下部底座直接安装于蓄电池排气口。
本发明结构简单、紧凑,制造成本低;报警信号能提醒让用户及时检查蓄电池,及时更换滤芯,不仅增强了蓄电池使用的安全性,还有效延长了蓄电池的使用寿命,提高了蓄电池的防爆性能。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
参照图1,本实施例包括外壳1,外壳1内设有滤芯6,滤芯6上方设有活动触头5,活动触头5与报警器3电连接,报警器3与干电池2电连接,干电池2与金属滑片4电连接,金属滑片4设于活动触头5一侧。
本发明可通过外壳下部底座直接安装于蓄电池排气口。
滤芯6可有效吸收蓄电池排出的污染气体,同时吸收外部环境中的粉尘,防止外部环境中的粉尘进入蓄电池内部;当蓄电池内部压力过高,或者滤芯6微孔被堵塞时,在压力的作用下,滤芯推动活动触头5,使得活动触头5与金属滑片4接触,电路接通,报警器发出报警信号。
