Abstract

一种双向防水电缆。其导体由多股导线中填充油膏组成,导体外包裹硅橡胶绝缘层组成线芯,多根线芯之间填充阻水纱绞合成缆芯,缆芯外依次为铝塑复合带和PE外护套。芯中的阻水纱使得水浸入电缆内时,阻水纱迅速膨胀阻止水的继续浸入;硅橡胶绝缘层和PE外护套具有很强的阻水抗水树特性,且铝塑复合带具有阻水和屏蔽电磁干扰功能;导体中的多股导线之间的油膏起到阻止水纵向浸入电缆的作用。

技术领域
本实用新型属于电线电缆技术领域,尤其是能提高电缆的阻水抗水树性能。
背景技术
目前,防水型的电缆的结构一般为,包括导体、绝缘层、和护套层,导体包裹于绝缘层内,绝缘层包裹于聚乙烯护套层内。但是,输变电系统大量的3.6/6kV---26/35kV交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆在地下运行,随着时间的推移,外界水份会渐渐渗透到电缆的绝缘中滋生成水树,水树在电场的作用下,随着时间而不断生长,最终导致绝缘的击穿,从而过早的结束了电缆的使用寿命,交联电缆的水树危害已被电缆用户所认识,横向和纵向双向的防水电缆将成为电缆行业务发展的必然趋势,而现有的普通电缆不能很好地解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有的电缆在阻水、抗水树方面的不足,本实用新型提供一种双向防水电缆,该双向防水电缆采用横向和纵向双向防水阻水的结构,能够克服现有电缆在阻水、抗水树等性能方面的不足。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:双向防水电缆的导体由多股导线中填充油膏组成,导体外包裹硅橡胶绝缘层组成线芯,多根线芯之间填充阻水纱绞合成缆芯,缆芯外为铝塑复合带,铝塑复合带外为PE外护套。
本实用新型的的有益效果是,缆芯中的阻水纱使得水浸入电缆内时,阻水纱迅速膨胀阻止水的继续浸入;硅橡胶绝缘层和PE外护套具有很强的阻水抗水树特性,且铝塑复合带具有阻水和屏蔽电磁干扰功能;导体中的多股导线之间的油膏起到阻止水纵向浸入电缆的作用。

在图1中,双向防水电缆的导体1由多股导线中填充油膏组成,导体1外包裹硅橡胶绝缘层2组成线芯,三根线芯之间填充阻水纱3绞合成缆芯,缆芯外为铝塑复合带4,铝塑复合带4外为PE外护套5。
