技术领域
本实用新型属于电线电缆技术领域,尤其是能提高电缆的抗水树以及燃烧低烟无卤性能的中压电力电缆。
背景技术
目前,低烟无卤电缆一般在电缆的外护套中使用具有低烟无卤特性的聚烯烃材料,而抗水树电缆的结构一般为,包括导体、绝缘层、和护套层,导体包裹于绝缘层内,绝缘层包裹于护套层内。但是,输变电系统大量的3.6/6kV---26/35kV交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆在地下运行,随着时间的推移,外界水份会渐渐渗透到电缆的绝缘中滋生成水树,水树在电场的作用下,随着时间而不断生长,最终导致绝缘的击穿,从而过早的结束了电缆的使用寿命,交联电缆的水树危害已被电缆用户所认识,抗水树中压低烟无卤电缆将成为电缆行业务发展的必然趋势,而现有的普通电缆不能很好地解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有的电缆在阻水、抗水树和燃烧是出现浓烟有毒气体方面的不足,本实用新型提供一种抗水树中压低烟无卤电缆,该抗水树中压低烟无卤电缆能够克服现有电缆在阻水、抗水树和燃烧出现浓烟及有毒气体方面的不足。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:抗水树中压低烟无卤电缆的导体外包裹硅橡胶绝缘层,硅橡胶绝缘层外为阻水纱,阻水纱外钢丝铠装层,钢丝铠装层外为PE内护套、PE内护套外依次为阻水纱和由低烟无卤型的交联聚乙烯电缆料组成的外护套。
双层阻水纱结构使得水浸入电缆内时,阻水纱迅速膨胀阻止水的继续浸入,PE内护套和交联聚乙烯组成的外护套具有很强的抗水树特性;且由于采用低烟无卤型的交联聚乙烯电缆料组成的外护套,使得电缆燃烧时具有低烟无卤特性,钢丝铠装层提高了电缆的抗拉性能,即使在电缆外护套受损时,也能保证电缆不断裂。
本实用新型的的有益效果是,双层阻水纱具有很强的阻水功能;PE内护套和交联聚乙烯组成的外护套具有很强的抗水树特性;外护套和铠装层使得电缆阻燃和增强电缆抗拉性能。

1.一种抗水树中压低烟无卤电缆,其导体外包裹硅橡胶绝缘层,其特征是:硅橡胶绝缘层外为阻水纱,阻水纱外钢丝铠装层,钢丝铠装层外为PE内护套、PE内护套外依次为阻水纱和由低烟无卤型的交联聚乙烯电缆料组成的外护套。
