背景技术
熔池熔炼炉是一个固定的长方形炉，是用隔墙通道将炉子分为熔炼区和沉淀区，入炉物料和富氧空气在熔炼区经过一系列复杂的物理化学反应后，熔炼区熔体经过隔墙通道进入沉淀区进行渣和金属熔融液的分离，从而完成金属精矿的熔炼过程。而现有技术中的炉拱只能依靠炉拱的张力维持它的稳定，但是随着炉内火焰不断冲刷，炉拱就会下沉甚至塌陷而掉落到熔池中，造成熔池熔炼炉的寿命缩短，同时影响金属精矿熔炼的质量。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中的熔池熔炼炉寿命短、金属精矿熔炼质量低的缺点而提供一种熔池熔炼炉寿命长、金属精矿熔炼质量高的熔池熔炼炉。
为解决本实用新型的技术问题采用如下技术方案：
一种熔池熔炼炉，包括炉拱和炉体钢梁，所述两炉拱之间设置一吊拱，所述吊拱位于炉拱的上方，所述吊拱的上端与炉体钢梁连接，所述吊拱由吊挂砖组成。
所述吊挂砖之间用销子连接。
所述销子连接一吊耳，所述吊耳的另一端用吊钩连接到炉体钢梁上。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的详细说明：
  如图1、2、3所示，一种熔池熔炼炉，包括炉拱4和炉体钢梁3。在两炉拱4之间安装一吊拱1，吊拱1位于炉拱4的上方，吊拱1由吊挂砖5组成，吊拱1的吊挂砖5与吊挂砖5之间用销子6连接。在销子6上焊接吊耳7，吊耳7的另一端用吊钩8连接到炉体钢梁3上。
为了增强炉拱的稳定行，减少炉拱下沉和塌陷，在两炉拱4的上方安装由吊挂砖5组成的吊拱1。为了进一步增强炉拱的稳定性，在组成吊拱1的吊挂砖5之间安装销子6，同时在销子6上焊接吊耳7，将吊耳7的另一端用吊钩8焊接到炉体钢梁3上。采用了这种拱吊结合方式的熔池熔炼炉，可以有效防止炉拱的塌陷，提高了炉拱的使用寿命。
