【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种锅炉加热导热油除污排气装置。
【背景技术】
现代工业生产中的锅炉加热工艺一般采用锅炉加热导热油，由导热油传递热量，但在加热过程中，导热油加热前经过管线输送会混入气体，容易引起机泵气缚、气蚀，混有杂质也会缩短导热油及设备的使用寿命。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型为解决上述问题，提供一种导热油除污排气装置。
本实用新型实现上述目的所采用的技术方案如下：
一种导热油除污排气装置，包括进油管、出油管、缓冲罐，其特征在于：缓冲罐顶部连接有排气阀，缓冲罐内的出油管端口有滤芯。前述缓冲罐高为0.4m-1.2m，横截面为0.04m2-0.10m2，体积为0.016m3-0.12m3。
采用上述技术方案，在导热油通过锅炉加热前经过位于缓冲罐下部的进油管到达缓冲罐，由位于缓冲罐上部的出油管流出；杂质通过出油管线末端的滤芯进行过滤，导热油中的气体在缓冲罐中经排气阀排出，防止气体进入机泵造成气缚、气蚀。
本实用新型能过滤导热油中的杂质和气体，有效提高导热油及机泵的使用寿命。

下面结合实施例及附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1所示，本实用新型主要由进油管(5)、出油管(3)、缓冲罐(4)组成，缓冲罐(4)顶部连接有排气阀(1)，缓冲罐(4)内的出油管(3)端口有滤芯(2)，缓冲罐(4)高为1m、横截面积为0.08m2、体积为0.08m3。在导热油通过锅炉加热前经过位于缓冲罐(4)下部的进油管(5)到达缓冲罐(4)，由位于缓冲罐(4)上部的出油管(3)流出；杂质通过出油管(3)末端的滤芯(2)进行过滤，导热油中的气体在缓冲罐(4)中通过排气阀(1)排出。

1.一种导热油除污排气装置，由进油管(5)、出油管(3)、缓冲罐(4)组成，其特征在于：缓冲罐(4)顶部连接有排气阀(1)，缓冲罐(4)内的出油管(3)端口有滤芯(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种导热油除污排气装置，其特征在于：缓冲罐高为0.4m-1.2m，横截面为0.04m2-0.10m2，体积为0.016m3-0.12m3。
