Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种带挡油板的油底壳，其结构是在油底壳的浅油池和深油池之间设有挡油板，挡油板的位置置于深浅油池弧线交汇靠近浅油池的一侧，挡油板与浅油池底部留有间隙，作为回油通道，挡油板上部低于油底壳密封面。当汽车急刹车或在坡路急刹车时，机油在惯性力的作用下，瞬间冲向油底壳浅油池，由于挡油板的阻碍，只有极少部分机油顺着回油通道流入到浅油池中，然后再流回到深油池中。这样能保证急刹车或坡路急刹车中油底壳深油池内的机油容量，达到保证发动机机油压力润滑的目的。本实用新型结构虽然简单，但效果却非常明显，本实用新型适合在任何发动机上安装应用。

本实用新型属于发动机附属部件，具体涉及一种柴油发动机的油底壳。
背景技术
油底壳作为承载润滑机油的容器是发动机重要的组成部分；油底壳一般由深池和浅池两部分组成，机油泵的集滤器置入到深油池中取油。油底壳内机油容量理论上要求其液面要高出集滤器滤网一定的距离，当汽车在行进中因油面波动或汽车上下坡时，因液面倾斜而出现滤网露出机油液面，造成集滤器吸油量过少，保证不了润滑系统的压力和流量。因此设计汽车在最大坡度上以及在颠簸路面上运行时，要求油底壳内的机油液面不能低于集滤器的滤网。但是高速行驶的汽车在坡道急刹车时，机油在惯性的作用下，浅油池被填满，而造成深油池底端缺油，使集滤器无发吸进足够的机油，导致发动机压力润滑的油量和压力不足，对发动机造成磨损。本实用新型的提出可以使这一难题得到解决。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种带有挡油板的油底壳，可有效防止汽车在急刹车时集滤器周围油量的流失。
以下结合附图对本实用新型的结构进行说明。带有挡油板的油底壳，在油底壳的浅油池和深油池之间设有挡油板，挡油板的位置置于深浅油池弧线交汇靠近浅油池的一侧，挡油板与浅油池底部留有间隙，作为回油通道，挡油板上部低于油底壳密封面。
本实用新型的特点及有益效果是，汽车在急刹车时，能有效的防止油底壳内机油大量窜到浅油池中，保证集滤器吸油滤网附近有充足的机油。本装置结构虽然简单，但效果却非常明显，本实用新型适合在任何发动机上安装应用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图并通过具体实施例对本实用新型的结构原理作进一步的说明。带挡油板的油底壳，具体结构方案是；在油底壳的浅油池1和深油池2之间设有挡油板3，挡油板的位置置于深浅油池弧线交汇靠近浅油池的一侧。挡油板与浅油池底部留有间隙，作为回油通道，间隙为8～20mm；挡油板上部低于油底壳密封面10~12mm。挡油板焊接固定在油底壳侧壁上。挡油板与浅油池底部留有的间隙a=14mm；挡油板上部低于油底壳密封面b=10mm。
汽车正常行驶的过程中大的颠簸以及上下坡过程中，油底壳液面大幅波动，部分机油会通过挡油板下端的空隙窜到浅油池中，然后顺着油底壳浅油池，经过挡油板下端的回油通道流回到深油池中。集滤器滤网会在设计范围内不会露出机油液面。当汽车急刹车或在坡路急刹车时，机油在惯性力的作用下，瞬间冲向油底壳浅油池，但是由于挡油板的阻碍，只有极少部分机油顺着回油通道流入到浅油池中，然后再流回到深油池中。这样能保证急刹车或坡路急刹车中油底壳深油池内的机油容量，达到保证发动机机油压力润滑的目的。
Claims (2)
1.带有挡油板的油底壳，其特征是：在油底壳的浅油池（1）和深油池（2）之间设有挡油板（3），挡油板的位置置于深浅油池弧线交汇靠近浅油池的一侧，挡油板与浅油池底部留有间隙，作为回油通道，挡油板上部低于油底壳密封面。
2.按照权利要求1所述的带有挡油板的油底壳，其特征是所述挡油板（3）与浅油池（1）底部留有的间隙为8～20mm；所述挡油板上部低于油底壳密封面10～12mm。
