本实用新型公开了一种机油泵压铸模具型芯，包括成型部分和连接部分，连接部分与抽芯器相连，成型部分与镶套配合后装在定模上。本实用新型的型芯将成型部分直接与型芯镶套配合，然后整体装配到定模上，型芯后端连接部分再与抽芯器相连，且后端连接部分上通过键槽与定模相应部分连接，可防止在抽芯过程中型芯转动，从而可以保证型芯与模块之间配合准确；在实际生产过程中，由于将原细长型芯更改为与镶套配合的形式，完全避免了型芯成型部分与模具型芯孔的直接摩擦，与原型芯相比，大大提高了型芯的使用寿命，降低了生产中对该型芯的更换难度，同时也降低了该型芯出现问题的可能性以及提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种机油泵压铸模具，特别是涉及一种机油泵压铸模具型芯。
背景技术
机油泵是汽车润滑系统中用于提高机油压力，帮助机油从油底壳到达其他润滑部件的装置。
机油泵输油孔作为整个机油泵的关键部位，不允许出现任何铸造缺陷，以免影响后续加工。机油泵斜油孔加工后为G3/8X11螺纹孔，有效深度为65mm。因此，为减少铸造缺陷对该孔影响，输油孔必须预铸且不允许出现内部缺陷。
原型芯为采用整体结构的异形芯，且该型芯为定模斜抽芯，考虑到模具整体结构，斜抽芯必须做成足够长，才能保证与模具其他结构不产生干涉，而且该型芯位于浇口上方，冲刷严重，极易造成型芯弯曲；而且实际生产过程中，由于型芯细长容易造成抽芯困难，影响生产效率；同时型芯制作过程中也易产生弯曲，造成废品率较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种机油泵压铸模具型芯，使用寿命长，易于加工和装配，生产率提高。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：本实用新型的机油泵压铸模具型芯，包括成型部分和连接部分，连接部分与抽芯器相连，成型部分与镶套配合后装在定模上。
同现有技术相比，本实用新型的型芯将成型部分直接与型芯镶套配合，然后整体装配到定模上，型芯后端连接部分再与抽芯器相连，且后端连接部分上通过键槽与定模相应部分连接，可防止在抽芯过程中型芯转动，从而可以保证型芯与模块之间配合准确；在实际生产过程中，由于将原细长型芯更改为与镶套配合的形式，完全避免了型芯成型部分与模具型芯孔的直接摩擦，与原型芯相比，大大提高了型芯的使用寿命，降低了生产中对该型芯的更换难度，同时也降低了该型芯出现问题的可能性以及提高了生产效率。

如图1所示，本实用新型的机油泵压铸模具型芯，包括成型部分1和连接部分3，连接部分3与抽芯器相连，成型部分1与镶套2配合后装在定模上。
