背景技术
在超低温介质输送管线中,为了确保管线的安全运行,在管线中设置了必要的波纹管补偿器,通过波纹管补偿器吸收或补偿管线的位移。有的超低温介质腐蚀性较强,极易造成普通钢材制成的接管内壁的腐蚀,接管内壁因腐蚀而过度磨损,缩短波纹管补偿器的使用寿命。

本实用新型针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种耐腐蚀的耐腐蚀超低温波纹管补偿器。
本实用新型通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
耐腐蚀超低温波纹管补偿器,它包括接管、波纹管,波纹管两端同轴固定连接接管构成补偿结构;波纹管直边段同轴套装在接管的法兰外壁上;其改进之处在于:在接管内表面设有耐磨层。
上述结构中,所述耐磨层为聚四氟乙烯复合层。
 本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:接管内表面设有耐磨层,可以减少腐蚀,从而减少磨损,延长波纹管的使用寿命。
