本实用新型的目的要解决的问题是提供了一种高抗拉强度、安全耐用的超强度超耐磨混凝土泵输送管双层弯头。 
本实用新型技术方案是这样实现的,它是由耐磨钢体弯头、无缝钢管推制弯头、法兰、GGr15耐磨内圈推压而成的,它是在耐磨钢体弯头外面套设一个无缝钢管推制弯头,及在耐磨钢体弯头与无缝钢管推制弯头的两端设置有法兰和GCr15耐磨内圈。 
本实用新型有益效果:该产品具有抗拉性、柔韧性和其抗压力强 度和耐高温的能力,使其抗拉、抗压强度得到极大的提高,即使内钢管磨穿也不会产生断裂现象,致使耐磨时间得到加长,它成本低、效益高,制作工艺简单。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的混凝土输送泵输送管双层弯头,是在耐磨钢体弯头(3)的外面套设一个无缝钢管推制弯头(4),在耐磨钢体弯头(3)与无缝钢管推制弯头(4)的两端设置有法兰(1)与法兰(6)和GCr15耐磨内圈(2)与GCr15耐磨内圈(5)。 
该无缝钢管有很好的抗拉强度、能抗压力和耐高温。它是将无缝钢管用弯头机推制成弯头,然后用油压机把耐磨钢体弯头(3)压置入无缝钢管推制弯头(4)内复合构成双层结构形状的弯头。

1.混凝土输送泵输送管双层弯头,其特征是在耐磨钢体弯头(3)的外面套设一个无缝钢管推制弯头(4),在耐磨钢体弯头(3)与无缝钢管推制弯头(4)的两端设置有法兰(1)与法兰(6)和GCY15耐磨内圈(2)与GCY15耐磨内圈(5)。
