背景技术
四滚离心机是岩棉生产过程中将岩浆进行高速离心而形成纤维丝的生产设备,现有的抛轮连接在机轴的一端,在机轴的另一端通过平键连接皮带轮。由于现行的皮带轮与机轴之间的径向间隙过大,用于使两者连接的平键易被磨损,机轴的键槽也会被磨坏变形,造成岩棉浆无法实现离心而被抛出。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提出一种机轴的键槽和平键不易受损的四滚离心机。
本实用新型包括机轴,在机轴的一端连接抛轮,机轴的另一端通过平键过渡式连接皮带轮,在所述皮带轮的两端与机轴之间设置定中轴套。
   经过以上改进,达到了平键与轴键槽不磨损的目的,提高了设备及零部件的使用寿命,也提高了工作效率,还降低了生产成本,为提高产量提供了保障。
